@AmazonHelp The card was declined due to bank security, may I know how does that justify changing the delivery date without my acknowledgement? In case you'll refer to the policies, they only apply to credit card purchase and this was a debit card purchase, I read the fine print.

@amazon Given the horrendous customer service I have received for a purchase that did not arrive I can only imagine the sort of hell people would be in trusting you with their travel.

@amazon How come you can change order delivery AFTER confirmation without customer acknowledgement and then try to justify it on a credit card policy when the purchase was done with a debit card? I have email proof of all of this.

Apparently @amazon will change order delivery even AFTER you get the confirmation and then try to apply credit card policies to debit card purchases to "justify" this unilateral change. All consequences of this change are left for the customer to deal with, #Amazon #JeffBezos
