@g__j @OctopusEnergy The adverts you hear on the radio about customer service aren’t quite living up to reality! A call was promised within in 3 weeks, today I called after 4 weeks and have been told to expect a call in 3-4 weeks! Might be the fastest switch back to British Gas!

they would come out at and wait their instruction. After a further wait a lady on the flight came with her baggae saying they were on the belt which BA had told us not to go to as they would tell us when they had arrived. #BA481 @British_Airways

So they made us all fill out forms at this point nearly 2 hours after landing. Then a passenger said his #AirTag in his bag was saying it was 250 meters away they then tried to get a baggae driver to find them. They the said to stay at the counter as they didn’t know what belt….

BA when are you going to step it up a level? We have waited longer for our bags (nearly 2.5h) than our flight from Barcelona itself (1.5h). It took 20 plus passengers to notify BA that less than half had arrived rather than you coming to explain and apologise. @British_Airways

@EE Hi there, The coverage in our area went down at 4am this morning and the online checker said it would be up and running within 16 hours. It’s been 18 hours and it’s still saying 16 hours. Is anything being worked on? Thanks
