Window got so hot in my window seat on my @united flight that I burned my arm and melted a button. Wing is reflecting the sun and truly creating a wild situation. Flight attendant informed me “the sun is closer at higher altitudes” and walked away.

@WilliamsSonoma has stolen over $150 from me. I returned an item and was issued a gift card. I attempted to use the gift card online and it would not work. Called customer service and they were incredibly rude and offered no resolution. Is this how you treat all your customers??
