Disgusting to see a few young IAS officers (barely out of probation) getting YouTube flooded by videos of routine work. Some DMs (Google & find!🙂) actually organise recording of their 'bravado' & I thought 🤔LBSNA taught us to work sincerely, objectively & ANONYMOUSLY? @DoPTGoI

#COVID19India Daily deaths show a major bump. This is due to data reconciliation which is done through an audit/validation exercise. This is q normal in open democracies. It must be encouraged. We’ve seen this exercise before several times in the first wave too.

.@IITKanpur Academic Senate & Board has approved launching of new 4-year BS & 5-year BS-MS programs in “Statistics and Data Science” from the coming academic year 2021-22. The admissions to the programs will be through JEE (Advanced).
