Dear @IndiGo6E could you please share why I am not eligible for credit note and gesture voucher for the flight with PNR MYDHXQ (Bangalore-Mumbai) that was cancelled on 5th December ? I hae received credit note for Mum-Bangalore same day morning flight.

@DGCAIndia After repeated requests from millions of fliers, there has been no provision to cap fares, be it emergency like the ongoing @IndiGo6E mismanagement, or during festivals. This hand in glove loot from passengers is going to cost you dearly. Very dearly. ✈️

IndiGo built a spotless brand over 20 years. Clean, familiar, dependable. In the last 100 hours, it has torched it. As the Govt capitulates to blackmail, IndiGo still believes it is too big to play by the rules. And it has forgotten the flyer. My take:

@DGCAIndia While d FTDL was proposed well in advance, isn’t it true that you are forced to give into @IndiGo6E demands after the recent mayhem ? Guess who suffers - Everyday man. Why is there no capping on peak pricing ? We get slaughtered between Airlines, and remain helpless.

@IndiGo6E 2 flights PNR cancelled today - another will be cancelled tomorrow. I demand a full refund irrespective of your useless policies. Seeing the mental Agony of 1000’s of fliers, this is the least you can do, off course will creep into your profit margins @DGCAIndia

@IndiGo6E Issue a no conditions full refund to those who want to cancel their scheduled flights so they make alternate travel arrangements. In the light of being the cheapest & largest carrier, you’ve made a mockery of your own customer base.

@Cleartrip @IndiGo6E @DGCAIndia In such situations, how should travellers plan itinerary ? This is certainly not an extraneous situation. But for travel planned ahead, there should be provision by the airline to fully compensate/refund the amount. Right now we are stuck with endless delays-

@Cleartrip @IndiGo6E I understand these are difficult times for you as you are managing your crew, I don’t wish wish to stand in queue endlessly waiting for flight delays. You wouldn’t accommodate a late running passenger either. Hence, kindly confirm to provide full refund on cancellation.

@IndiGo6E @Cleartrip We’ve been noticing operational challenges on route dat we’ve booked out flights. We request full refund to cancel our flights as delay will lead to us missing our connecting leg of travel. Alternatively accommodate us on a flight directly to our destination.

@GautamGambhir @BCCI please try Akashdeep in playing XI - instead of Prasidh. Indian pitches support variation, not bouncers. At least not the ones Indian bowlers bowl. Akashdeep can also add vital runs (in batting), but certainly should be given more opportunities.

Mathew Owen has stroke play/batting style very similar to Glen Maxwell ! And like Maxi, Owen will pull, loft, cut, reverse & sweep comfortably. @BCCI Indian bowlers should look to make him reach for the ball or very full & pacy - should expose his weak spots.

@IRCTCofficial The App/Website does not allow to change the Name to match with Aadhaar for authentication. And now cant even create new login since the mobile number is already linked to previous account where you will not allow to make changes. Can you help fix this ?
