We would be interested to hear what @Trafficwmp have to say about this. It is clear from the photo that the car was driven on the pavement. We see this sort of parking regularly along Pershore Road, and other streets in the area. @fredgrindrod @LizClements

@BournvilleOur @BournvilleWMP @WMPolice when did it become ok to park on the pavement? Man parked up to go to the barbers. I asked him not to park there. Barber shop don't care either. Its becoming all too common. Mary Vale Rd B30.
