The new government formed on the 5th July needs to LISTEN really HEAR and ACT to implement all of the Cumberlege recommendations REDRESS in the Hughes report is crucial for all Mesh patients harmed and those harmed by Primodos and Valporate @PSCommissioner @SharonHodgsonMP

The “Subtle, pervasive and chilling” cover up of the blood scandal comes the day before MPs meet to discuss why the government has yet to act over Mesh, Valproate, and Primodos. Campaigners who know too well that a belated govt. apology doesn’t always come with financial redress.

I welcome the @IBInquiry for the way it puts the views of patients and families at the very centre which is vital to ensure that the right learning and actions are taken - now the Government have recognised the need for redress for patients harmed through healthcare, I look forward to a substantive response to my recommendations on valproate and pelvic mesh
