Leo, I’m sure it’s difficult for you to understand, but an overturned guilty conviction means that the accused is deemed innocent on the allegations and charges before them - in Grahams case that was criminal damage of a phone. Clearly you are not familiar with criminal law, but everyone is innocent until proven guilty. And if they are then proven not guilty on appeal they are considered….yes that’s right, innocent on those charges. Grasping at invisible straws in a massive way here pal.

Wrong. He was not found innocent. He was found not guilty. Glinner admitted grabbing the phone and throwing it (screenshot below). There is video footage of him doing it. He was found not guilty because they couldn’t be certain that he caused the damage to the phone.

@RNID The woman you used for the BBCR 4 appeal made me decide NOT to donate! She used pl pronouns to refer to a deaf woman - which made the whole thing nonsensical! Could you tell her that the feminine pronouns are she/her. An unhappy non-donor!
