Hey, @grok, who was the most famous person to visit my profile? It doesn't need to be a mutual, don't tag them, just say who it was

Here’s Terry Venables & Bobby Robson talking about Gareth Southgate’s penalty miss at Euro ‘96. I’m sure both these great footballing men would be delighted to see the current England manager so close to glory again. Go get that trophy, Gareth. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

Training for a marathon with 2 under 2 and a busy job is an interesting challenge. I’m aiming to raise money for the incredible @MSF If you’d like to help the work they do to provide aid to citizens in need you can donate here justgiving.com/page/michael-p…

With so much conflict in the world right now, helping provide aid to citizens affected by wars they didn't ask to be involved in felt like an important focus for 2024. I’ll be running the Brighton Marathon on April 7th to raise money for @MSF justgiving.com/page/michael-p…

Secrets of Ancoats and New Islington: The Tour. £15. 10.30am Sat 13 Jan. Book below. What a change? Is there any place in the UK which has changed so utterly in the last ten years than this area? With a cracking interior visit inside one of the special buildings in Ancoats, we track the changes by strolling the streets, crossing canals and telling the stories. This is a combination of epoch-making industrial architecture, some bad new build, some excellent new build, a bit of fine ecclesiastical work and lots of lovely bread, beer, food and given all those canals, geese. But we can dodge them. So calling all new residents in Ancoats and New Islington or all the people who visit to enjoy that damn fine food and drink: let’s experience a superb area with a winsome stroll. Meet: In Cutting Room Square, Ancoats, M4 5AF @ancoatsplus @AncoatsCoffeeCo @twitdispensary @walkrideancoats @hallestpeters @SEVENBRO7HERS @StreetUrchin5 @urban_splash @TomBloxhamMBE @mcrconfidential Book here: jonathanschofieldtours.com/secrets-of-anc…

During the Vietnam War, one of the most dangerous jobs was undertaken by a select few known as "tunnel rats." These unsung heroes were American, Australian, and New Zealand soldiers specially trained as combat engineers, who crawled through Viet Cong underground tunnels to perform perilous covert search and destroy missions. Tunnel rats gently prodded for armed mines in order to disarm them — and prayed that they survived with both their legs intact. Most men were volunteers and tended to be of smaller stature, making it easier for them to maneuver through the cramped subterranean spaces.

@LoftusSteve @PETAUK Sadly that’s currently that’s the case. Whether their evolutionary reason for survival was to be eaten by humans isn’t so clear.

@mbpalmer @PETAUK Because they are bred specifically to be eaten. If being eaten wasn't an option then obviously they would never be bred in the first place.

So delighted that Romesh Ranganathan has jumped on the kids' lit gravy train. Obviously, he's always wanted to write for children, which is why he did everything else he possibly could first. I expect he needs the money. Luckily we non-celeb kid's authors have plenty to spare.
