It’s been more than 24 hours and not a single fake news outlet has reported on Sergei Millian applying to the Anti Weaponization Fund. This is both disgraceful and entirely predictable. Sergei is not some peripheral figure. He was the supposed lynchpin of the entire Russia collusion hoax. Every major strand of the story was allegedly tied to him, from the Moscow pee tape, to Trump’s “well-developed conspiracy of cooperation” with Russia, to the Wikileaks email dump supposedly coordinated by Trump, to the secret Alfa Bank server communications between Trump and Putin. All of it was supposedly sourced through Sergei, and none of it was real. It was fabricated out of thin air by Clinton operatives and then weaponized by Comey’s FBI, with the media eagerly parroting it, often in coordination with those same operatives. They destroyed Sergei’s life. And now, when there is finally a chance to correct even a fraction of that damage, the same media machine simply erases him and lies about what the compensation fund is even for. You just cannot hate the media enough.

Hello Fake News, are you going to report that Sergei Millian has applied to the Anti-Weaponization Fund? Or are you going to keep claiming this is about J6 protesters, none of whom have even applied, because you can’t let your viewers know that you helped destroy an innocent man?

The fact that Norm Eisen was behind the bar complaints against folks who questioned the 2020 election results- is now representing Fulton County in the criminal investigation of the very thing he claims didn't happen- is....rich. The fact that he is going to extraordinary lengths- (alleging governmental conspiracy theories through frivolous legal actions) to prevent the federal investigation (obstructing -IMHO) and is now actually doing the very things he wrongfully accused other attorneys of doing- is too much.

An extraordinary rebuke of Todd Blanche and his Justice Dept. Court dismisses indictment of Abrego Garcia (an exceedingly rare outcome in a criminal case). Finding of vindictive prosecution and "an abuse of prosecuting power." The opinion name checks Blanche nearly 30 times.

Very interesting. Fits a fact pattern that I am seeing repeated over and over with Mr. Eisen. A deceitful claim is made and shortly thereafter the same is put forth by powerful associates (or in reverse), Elias, then the list of affiliated non-profits de jour (usually those with some iteration of "Democracy" in the name). Created through the proverbial echo chamber are what the public perceive are multiple sources -which the media cites and the process repeats exponentially. What's yielded appears sound and credible- but it's just a house of cards. For example, in the Fulton case (Pitts v. United States), Eisen's amended petition was mirrored in an Amicus by a group of former DOJ officials- and included the same false statements of fact and law. Eisen and the "former high-ranking DOJ officials" who cite news articles or a 3rd party while intentionally avoiding the very law they're lying about- in federal court filings- should be the ones before the bar.
