While details about the recent NPM supply chain attacks are still emerging, @Docker has added a preliminary advisory to the Docker Scout database at scout.docker.com/v/DSA-2025-0901 to help our customers identify potentially affected images.

@dhh disclaimer: I am at Docker Docker was born on Linux, and it will always be the fastest place to run it as it can actually leverage OS virt vs h/w virt. We never stopped investing in the engine, but we've been putting a lot into perf/sec/features the past few months/going fwd.

It's actually amazing just how much faster Linux is than macOS when Docker or manipulating many small files is key to the workload, like it is for most web development. It's by far the easiest and cheapest way to accelerate the development bottlenecks, and doesn't require cloud.

HEY has some 100,000 lines of code that's being tested by 30,000 assertions. This used to take upwards of 15 minutes through the complication of cloud runners. We can now do this locally in 1m 22s on a Framework Desktop (almost twice as fast as an M4 Max!). THANK YOU AMD + LINUX!

@jasoncwarner @brianjdenicola I was partial to Hammond but mainly because my apartment was on that end of town. The asbestos removal they did where it sat in open cans was really something though.

Ribs in the egg. There was a third rack, but it was gone by the time I took a pic. Hey, @mcavage your rib recipe still rules!

Reviewing @Stripe's roadmap for 2021 and, even compressed, it is *11 pages* of phenomenal material. (By a significant margin our most ambitious to date.) What are your top requests?

Going to do a lightning round on some Stripe docs code snippet fixes. Anyone seen any bugs in the snippets in the docs lately? even as small as one char change.

I'm looking for developers using @code to build @stripe integrations. We have something brewing to make it easier to integrate with Stripe directly from your editor, and I'd love your feedback. Interested? Reply here, DM me, or ping me at auchenberg@stripe.com (RT = 💖)
