To the Muslims celebrating Eid today, Let it be known that I love my Muslim brothers and sisters across the world with a full and sincere heart. I do not ask about your sect, nor do I judge you by it. Your path is a choice you make in your effort to draw closer to Allah SWT, and I will never hate you for that. We may differ, but we rise above those differences because we love one another for the sake of Allah SWT, and Allah SWT is greater than anything that could divide our hearts. Let it be known that I love my nation, and I expect each of you to love your own. But I will never stand with someone from my land over another without justice. I do not care whether you are Arab or non Arab, for the only measure between us is taqwa. The Ummah is facing immense challenges. We must stand together with love and support for those who resist oppression and imperialism. They carry a burden that concerns us all, and their struggle is not separate from ours. Yes, we have suffered, at times, at each other’s hands. But we must recognise that the greatest wounds inflicted upon this Ummah have come from those who seek to dominate and divide us. We love all people and all nations. We seek peace, and we do not desire a life of conflict. But if war is forced upon us, then we will stand firm with honour, dignity, and a sense of duty. And we must never forget Al Aqsa, our first qibla and the jewel of the Ummah’s crown. Eid Mubarak to you all.

For a man so reliant on goodwill of Christians in the United States, Netanyahu's open disdain for Jesus Christ (PBUH) is remarkable. His unbridled praise for Djingis Khan, the worst slaughterer our region has ever seen, also fits with his current status as a wanted war criminal.

this is actually a great example of where community notes fail... - march 15 is the UN International Day to Combat Islamophobia. it's on the anniversary of the Christchurch massacre where 51 muslims were killed at prayer. they prob scheduled that tweet - the community note frames this as CSIS being naive and posting "hours after pro-regime marches" that's not true. it's misinformation from someone with an agenda - at the actual rally there were 2 arrests both were counterprotesters. one charged with assault and with incitement to hatred - islamophobia and antisemitism are both real and both things can be true at the same time. using one to dismiss the other isn't fact-checking, its playing victimhood weird tweet man

When I first spoke out about the genocide, I was one of the few voices in tech, and it came at a cost. I faced sabotage especially from the VC class: lies, leaks, threats, and blocked investments. It was painful, but I never once regretted standing up for the children in Gaza. Today, the tide in tech has shifted. The truth is undeniable. If you’ve been holding back, now is the time to speak out and call out anyone supporting or celebrating genocide. It won’t cost you much—in fact, it will earn you respect, and more importantly a clear conscious. Plus, alienating those who will hate you for speaking is a feature, not a bug.

In just 48 hours, at least four children have reportedly died of starvation. Over 100 people have died from malnutrition during this war, and 80% of them are children. “These deaths are unconscionable - and could have been prevented. The UN-led humanitarian response must be allowed to function fully through unfettered aid access to children in need.” - @UNICEFmena's Edouard Beigbeder We need a ceasefire and the release of the hostages. And we need it now. Full statement: unicef.org/press-releases…

Children in Gaza are being deliberately starved.
And perhaps the most horrifying part of it all is that the world watches in silence. Shame on every so-called world leader who had the power to stop this cruelty,
but chose cowardice over courage.

If we can criticize Canada’s PM, we can criticize Israel’s — especially for war crimes, genocide, and starving children. But the pro-Israel lobby works overtime to silence that criticism — framing it as antisemitic or a “Muslim vs. Jewish” issue. It’s not. Gaza is not a religious issue. It’s a human rights crisis. When churches, mosques, and faith leaders unite across Canada, the message to @MarkCarney & @AnitaAnandMP is clear: This is about human rights. Its about humanity. Its about justice in the face of a genocide. Not religion. #cdnpoli canadianaffairs.news/2025/07/20/ima…

You need to be using Microsoft, Google or Zoho for email if you want the best chance of landing in inboxes of email accounts from any of the big providers. My personal preference is Google Workspace. Or if you need a free/cheap option Zoho. I use both for different parts of my business.

As someone who specializes in hosting and email deliverability, I can tell you that it is very unlikely all of your emails are getting into people’s inboxes if they are coming from a hosting company server. The unfortunate reality is Microsoft, Google and Zoho can all talk to each other and not live by the “rules”. Hosting companies that provide email are doing their clients a disservice. I know Nat knows this but wanted the others here to know.

Email backup and migration is the most annoying part of providing web and hosting services 😂

Time to drop everything. This is an existential struggle—for Palestinians, and for Israelis who reject apartheid and stand for humanity. Human rights demand action—from every diplomat, journalist, union, artist, medic, educator. No gesture is too small. No silence is neutral.

Multiple protesters were arrested, including our co-director Alon-Lee Green. This is an emergency , a catastrophic moment that demands we drop everything. In the last days, hundreds of Palestinians have been killed, families wiped out, neighborhoods turned to dust, people starving.(1/2)

If you’re a web developer or designer and don’t think that AI will replace most of us, you’re in complete denial or you aren’t paying attention enough. I beg you to learn the tools and use AI to enhance your skills. If you’ve got the knowledge already to build or design a web app then using AI will give you super powers.

This is the founder story more people need to hear. my friend @wooyi took 4 YEARS to reach $1M in revenue. Not a few months, four years.! - Early years were a grind - Didn't give up when most would - He kept iterating until the model clicked (freemium + SEO) - Steady growth, not hockey stick Tired of the “I hit $1M ARR in a month” fantasy stories. This is what building real businesses looks like.

The accounting tool @Bench shut down with no warning 3 days before the end of the year. They had raised $110m in venture capital. The app is no longer accessible. There will be a way to export your data, but it's not available yet. File over app is not just for individuals.

Be cautious about giving your domain name registrar login to any web designer, developer, SEO firm, or digital marketing agency. Web designers don’t need access to your registrar account to build your website; they only need the DNS settings for “pointing” your domain. Trusting someone with registrar access can be risky, as there have been cases of domain theft where designers transfer the domain to themselves, later demanding large sums to return it. Always retain control over your domain name; if someone else has access, they can effectively hold it hostage, limiting your options if issues arise. Someone stole your domain name? Here's what you do: billhartzer.com/domain-names/s…

BREAKING: At this very moment, the Israeli military is massacring family after family in North Gaza in a war of extermination. So hundreds of Jews and friends are shutting down the New York Stock Exchange to demand the US stop arming Israel and profiting from genocide.

An airstrike in Gaza hit a hospital courtyard on Monday, burning tents where people were sleeping. Strikes also hit an @UNRWA school where families were sheltering. The location was meant to be used as a polio vaccination site. A ceasefire is urgently needed to stop the devastation.
