@monzo When I click ‘open a joint account’ it doesn’t bring me to any kind of approval process. The link literally does nothing.

@mccrum We appreciate how frustrating that must be 😓 This may change in the future, but if we've not been able to approve your joint account at the moment then we wouldn't be able to look into it further right now. Please let us know if there's anything else we can help with!

@monzo Hey, why am I unable to open a joint account in your app. The option is displayed in the app but it doesn’t work. When I contact support through the app I just get the same generic response. 🤷🏻‍♂️

@monzo But the option is in the app for me to open a joint account and also in the other persons app that I want to link to.
