@ClaysonMonyela Sad that we as South Africans can invent new dans moves, but not anything substantial like infrastructure, jobs or even just maintain what we have?We invent new names for settlements and cities but don’t create working/effective governance for those renamed towns!

@LKM256UG @Thuso1Africa Your opinion was received and I then gave you mine. You felt it necessary to undermine me and use expletives. If you engage in a public platform be prepared to be engaged right back. The Zulu nation will not come for advise from your recommended tribe period!

@mcese01 @Thuso1Africa You have nothing to teach me in that regard because you in particular don't know how to treat or react to public opinion. I was making an opinion not a suggestion, of which you're also entitled to yours.

The British Monarchy generates billions of pounds for the British economy through tourism and retail. The Zulu Monarch generates ZERO revenue for South Africa. In fact , South African taxpayers feed that family. It's time South Africans reject the useless, tribalist Zulu Monarch.

@LKM256UG @Thuso1Africa Your choice of words reflects your stature. You're not in any position to be suggestive of who must learn from others. You need to learn manners and the skill of public debate before Uganda sends you out to the world to represent them!

@mcese01 @Thuso1Africa The problem is you aren't talking on behalf of the Kingdom, you just a peasant but a royal would understand. King Mswati III of Eswatini was here last year, Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi Ooni of Ife from Nigeria in 2023 and several kings from DRC, Benin, Congo Brazaville, etc

A man will visit his in-laws and be treated like royalty but a woman will visit her in-laws and be expected to audition for the role of a maid. The game is rigged.

@bongabvm @LKM256UG @Thuso1Africa His role is not bursaries, he's the cultural custodian. Let us not model our kings against western values, that exactly how they dilute our cultures and we lose our compass!

@mcese01 @LKM256UG @Thuso1Africa But Mzwa, our king is not helping us with anything. He's almost useless. Does he provide bursaries for the young ones? I mean what value does he add to our lives?

As young legal practitioners, we take lessons from Senior Counsel and Senior Attorneys. We look to them as moving spirits in conduct that is exemplary. When a Senior Counsel decided to go on a public platform and write about a judge and how bad his writing is. That to me is gross misconduct. Never mind how wrong the Senior Counsel may be on the particular judge’s ability to write, it is just inexplicable to write about a judge in a non-academic platform and go so far as to nominate him for a Bad Writer Award. This is an attack to the judiciary and has to be called out what exactly what it is. What in effect the Senior Counsel is doing is to undermine the judge and cause the public not to have confidence in his abilities. This is unwarranted and plain unacceptable. Surely we can do better

@Thuso1Africa Buganda Kingdom in Uganda has a line of income generating ventures like housing projects, TV and radio stations, Ranches, schools etc. It's also the wealthiest kingdom in East Africa. Zulu kingdom can come to Uganda for benchmarking.

@jurist_luthuli @k_mohale9480 All other professions criticize each other, what's special about the legal profession. The law is out of reach for most people because of this protectionism. If you're a bad manager the people who are best able to criticize you are those who deal with the incompetence.

@k_mohale9480 This is not a critique of judicial performance, it is a personal, ad hominem attack that is completely unjustified. Judicial criticism is welcomed in academic, respectable scholarly articles not on public platforms in the manner that this was done

@mcese01 @Miss_Lulama @KhandaniM @MsNtuli @snosibiya You’ve never ever felt threatened by the request. Women in this country are petrified, telling a guy no could end your life. I hope you understand that we don’t inhabit the same reality.

You ARE weak if shooting your shot came from inappropriately using company information to invade my personal time and phone. Your game is weak, weak, weak. It needs work. Work like the job you should focus on keeping by acting professionally and not breaching customer privacy.

@KhandaniM @Lephutshe @MsNtuli @snosibiya If we don't shoot our shot, we are weak. If we do, our jobs are threatened. Why not just tell m'guy politely that you are not interested, and if he continues then you can report him before turning it into content. Like really?

Ngishele nge protocol please. Man up and ask for a woman’s number properly and intentionally. Picking numbers off delivery notes and PO’s is giving awucabangi, cowardly and weird. Awuzihloniphi wena self, so mina uzongikhombisani? No man… No.
