@garry_wilsdon @PolitlcsUK That’s down to the post office… your complaint should be with them as they’ve sold you the wrong service. Royal Mail and the post office are 2 separate companies. If it’s been underpaid then Royal Mail will charge a fee.

@StarsSupport I self excluded for 6 months. I can now play again after taking a break. I try to login and it tells me I need to contact customer support. It opens a new tab and I have to login again. The same message reappears and I repay the same cycle with no way to contact

@virginmedia Checked everything. Ran numerous times and been told no issues. Been on and off nearly 48hrs. Now being monitored by your staff for next 24hrs as they are refusing to send engineer. Lad is doing GCSEs this week and we need internet for his revision!! Not good!!
