I KNOW I MOSTLY TALK ABOUT MEN’S FASHION BUT THIS IS A PSA TO THE LADIES. This ribbed neck tank from J. Crew is literally the best thing to ever exist on this planet. Will be wearing all spring / summer. I have one in grey and two in white. It fits so perfectly perfect. It’s great if your aesthetic is sort of like “I’m from Southern California so I can’t be bothered but I’m hot and slightly undone in the coolest way possible.”
My uniform as of late:
- J. Crew ribbed tank
- Sezane denim (my fave for tall girls! I’m 5’10 for reference)
- no bra!!! Small boob superiority.
- mule birks (people shit on but I love)
- simple jewelry
(AirPods for calls only don’t hate me.)

What even is a Republican run city? Branson, Missouri? Mobile, Alabama?

Why are the highest concentration of illegal aliens all in Democrat run cities?

@mckend0g @_lrhughes 30s is the perfect time to read fiction with childhood nostalgia, imho.

From the time my little guy was about four months old I have read 2-3 age appropriate books every night and then from a chapter book of some kind as he fell asleep. It felt important to me to introduce the idea that there was something of interest on these pages without pictures, worthy of our time and attention—even if he couldn’t follow the story lines yet.
On the weekends when he didn’t want to nap I would sometimes lay on his bed and read from the “bigger books” as we started to call them as he played in the floor. Sometimes out loud, sometimes to myself, picking back up at night wherever I left off as it seemed more important that I continue the routine, not so much that he heard every word.
Last night we started the Little House on the Prairie books. As I was leaving him at daycare this morning he said “Mama, don’t read from the bigger book without me”. Something new expands and something of the toddler in him contracts. A new awareness. That he might miss something in those pages. And this is the unfolding of watching a little person grow. I’ve looked forward to chapter 3 all day.

@AmiEverAfter You’re raising a reader!! My dad read me the redwall series as I drew pictures of the characters. He read me all of the oz books, lord of the rings, narnia. I’ve re-read them all. Build the bookshelves now because he’ll be voracious once he starts
