@22Tunmise @breakdboundary @adeosunm Why should you compare Nigeria to foreign countries only when it pleases you. Why not put the comparison in everything?
English

@breakdboundary @adeosunm In foreign countries you will pay tax on the cars you purchase with your money. Can we call that cruelty too.

In Lagos State, a “solar permit” doesn’t mean everyone must pay government before using solar. The reality is more specific and a bit misunderstood.
A solar permit (or approval) in Lagos simply means:
-You must get government approval before installing solar panels IF your building falls under certain regulated structures (especially government housing estates).
Where a solar permit is REQUIRED
If you live in:
-Government-owned housing estates
-State-built flats or social housing
Then:
Solar installation is treated as a structural alteration.
You must:
-Apply to the Ministry of Housing
-Get approval
-Possibly pay an administrative fee
-Allow inspection before/after installation
This is because:
Buildings are shared infrastructure
Roofs, wiring, and structure affect other residents.
Poor installations have caused fires and roof damage in the past.
Where a solar permit is NOT required
If you live in:
-A private house
-A privately owned duplex or apartment
You generally do NOT need a solar permit from Lagos State Government.
The government has clearly stated:
The permit/fee issue only applies to state-owned estates.
It is NOT a general law for all Lagos residents.

@kingjotravels @ArcSadam Are you married? Do you have a wife? You should have read the piece and passed without comenting as your coment sounds evil.
If you are a Christian, do you know why there's no room for widower in the bible?
Go and research.
English

@ArcSadam Imagine after you were shot and they still took time to ræpe your wife. Meanwhile, even if the thieves did the do, no one will tell you, not because they hate you but to protect both your physical and mental health. Think fast, act wise and slow next time.

"Just a few days ago, my life almost ended. Armed róbbers came into our house. My wife was with me. I was so scared.
I thought it was all over. They collected money and a lot of valuables. I surrendered everything to them so they wouldn't hurt any of us. But even after all that, it still seemed not enough for them. One of them started haràssing my wife, wanting to sleep with her.
I knew this could bring a stigma to my wife for the rest of her life; she might never be happy again. I could not just stand and watch him. I knew I had to protect my wife. I used all my courage and jumped on him to protect my wife. Then, I felt a sharp pàin. Then everything went dark. He shot me in the chest, & they all ran away after that. But look at God! Look at the miracle He did for me.
He did not let the bullet hit any important part. By His grace, I survived. I woke up in the hospital, and they told me everything. As I'm here talking to you, my wife, my family is safe. I'm happy . It is not by my power. It is only God's grace. He kept us save
He saved me for a reason. He showed that He is the greatest protector. I am so happy. I am thanking God with all my heart. My life is a true testimony. Never forget to thank God, no matter what happens. He is always with us. I'm grateful."

@YulEdochie You don't have any moral right for any marriage advice.

If men know how stupid they look when they kneel to propose to a woman, they’ll never indulge in such crap.
Never you kneel to propose to a woman.
Never.
Stand proudly like the King that you are and propose to her.
If she says you must kneel down to propose to her or she leaves, let her go.
Dump her.
She doesn’t love you.
Never make a fool of yourself because of a woman.
Any woman who truly loves you will not watch you make a fool of yourself.

@HAHayatu What primaries are you talking about? Sharing of dollars? When you know PO doesn't give / spend such fund.

@Emiloju60 @ruffydfire And what is a journalist soppose to do? I thought it was to report news which he just did.
English

@ruffydfire Are you aware that a journalist is expected to be nonpartisan? So far, you have not exhibited any of the qualities of a good journalist. This makes people question whether you are truly a journalist or simply a spokesperson for the opposition.

JUST IN: President Bola Tinubu’s Chief of Staff, Femi Gbajabiamila, has been caught on video openly advising Leke Abejide, a key figure in the African Democratic Congress (ADC), to remain in the party and “fight them… scatter them.”
In the viral video, Gbajabiamila, while speaking with Abejide, urged him not to abandon the ADC despite ongoing leadership crises and court battles rocking the opposition party.
“I know you to be a committed party man. I know you to be a fighter… So please, my charge to you is to stay in that same ADC. Fight them. Scatter them! Hold on to your party, ADC. Do not abandon them. We like what you are doing. Continue,” Gbajabiamila said.
He dismissed suggestions that Abejide should leave the ADC, insisting that the party belongs to him since he built it “with your sweat and your money.”
“Don’t mind them — the former Governor said that you should come and join… No, no, no. Stay in ADC. Win your election in ADC as you will. Bring Dada Gombe… Those of us in support… Do the right thing. You are a fighter,” he added.
Gbajabiamila further encouraged Abejide to fight in court to retain control of the party.
The explosive video has sparked massive outrage online, with many accusing the Tinubu administration of actively working to destabilise the opposition ADC ahead of the 2027 general elections. Watch the video in the comment section.

@JustKingss You hired so if you want to fire, it's your opinion and business which I should respect!
But speaking for myself, I won't fire the woman as she didn't do any wrong. I will only instruct she stops bringing people to my house. Moreso I will be more careful.

My house cleaner came today with her 16-year-old daughter to help for the first time. Unfortunately, the girl stole money from my bedroom while cleaning.
Earlier, I had left over 30k in my room. When I returned from my trip last night, the money was missing. I asked her about it, and she denied seeing anything. I then mentioned I had a camera in the room and would check it. That’s when she admitted it, apologized, and brought the money out from where she had hidden it in her clothes.
Her mother has been working for me for over a year without any issues, and nothing has ever gone missing until now. She has been crying and begging since it happened.
I feel bad for her, but this will be the last time she works in my house.

@sani_suleman_ Why do you think power will shift to the North by 2031?
If power is to shift to the North in 2031, why should Atiku context in 2027?

@Prince_dc21_ Your husband is a boy who doesn't have a mind of his own. Since he doesn't want another child, why engage in unprotected sex?
Your mother inlaw is a bad woman. Beware of her.
Finally, make sure nothing happens to that pregnancy.
God shall surely see you through!
English

"I'm age 29, am married and work as a sectary. My husband is an accountant. We have two boys, age 4 & 1 year old & I recently discovered that I'm 1 month pregnant with an unplanned child.
We were happy, or at least I thought he was, until his mother received the news. The same day his mom got the news, she paid us a surprised visit. She came all the way from the village to tell me that I am setting her son back instead of focusing on getting a better job.
She told me that, I'm just giving birth because I don't want her son's progress. I tried explaining & even showed her that I am on contraception, but it happened anyway. She just said I am lying. All that time, my husband was just sited & very quiet, & just watching how she was scolding & insulting me.
Honestly, I was so hurt & disappointed. While I was still dealing with that, In the bedroom during bed time, my husband asked me to clerify him again about how old the pregnancy was. I told him then, & asked him why he was so quiet while I was being scolded & insulted by his mom. He said that his mom was making sense & that we are already paying so much for everything.
I earn N100k monthly & some months more than that due to commission. I told him that I never heard him complain before, & even when i first told him about the pregnancy he seemed happy, i asked what was going on because I also contribute financially at home
Now, the mother is asking & pressuring me to end the pregnancy cus it's still early, & he is suddenly supporting this statement by saying, "Well, we are still young; we can always have a child again." I'm shocked. I'm in disbelief—how could he do that to me? His mother hasn't left yet. Apparently, she is waiting for me to make the decision, & she says she is going to help me with support through with the process.. Oh my goodness, I am so disappointed
I picked a few of my things together with my kids & I'm currently at a friends place at the moment. I'm so disappointed & confused on what exactly to do about this. I don't know if i should leave him & go back to my parents or if i should continue with the marriage & go through this process, pls advice me on how exactly to go about this! 😥🤦"

@FintechCopy @ElephchildCopy Where did you see dollars written there?
English

@ElephchildCopy You earn $1 million in a single year. How is it possible?
English

2013 – I lost my mum
2014 – I was extremely depressed
2015 – I joined the Army
2016–2018 – I lost over 50 friends (in the Army)
2019 – I left the Army willingly
2020 – I started struggling on the streets of Lagos
2021 – I started learning copywriting (a digital skill)
2022 – I made my first million
2023 – I scaled my offline business
2024 – I have helped more than 100 students acquire a skill and start earning from it
2025 – I got married to one of the most feminine women on earth
2026 – I employed 3 more staff members in my business
If you’re about to give up in life, know that…
I have survived:
√ A collapsed building in 2013 in Lagos (I lost my mum in that process)
√ More than 15 Boko Haram attacks from 2015–2018
√ A ghastly accident in 2021
If I hadn’t gone through all this, I might NEVER have known how strong I really am, and how much a person can survive.
As in, if I could survive all this, then you can survive whatever you’re facing too, you’re stronger than you think.
To whoever is reading this:
The remaining months will bring you blessings so unforgettable they stay with you for a lifetime.
And may God step into your silent struggles, the ones you can’t share with anyone, and bring you peace and resolution.
Godspeed❤️

@CrownprinceCom2 It can't happen in the first place cos no "madam" will give a married woman that kind of punishment.

As a man, imagine you went to visit your newly wedded wife at the place where she’s learning hairdressing.
On getting there, you meet her kneeling down like this. You’re confused, so you ask her why she’s on her knees, and she tells you her boss instructed her to do so as a punishment.
Tell me, what are you going to do next?

@U_Rochas Democracy is government of the people for the people and by the people. Since they are self sponsored it then means that if their leader gets into power he is answerable to the people not just himself. He who pays the piper dictates the tune. Thank you.
