Users are solely responsible if they choose to publish or share Copilot's responses. My Take This is the same product Microsoft is embedding into Word, Excel, Outlook, and GitHub, selling to enterprises for $30 per user per month, and that just froze hiring in its cloud division to fund. The terms say entertainment purposes only while the sales pitch says productivity multiplier. Those two things cannot both be true at the same time, and the one that matters legally is the one buried in the terms of service that almost nobody reads before deploying it across their organization. Any company using Copilot to generate code, contracts, or customer-facing content and then publishing that output owns every consequence of doing so. Microsoft has made that very clear in writing. Nachdem @DLF das im Artikel nicht macht, helfen wir euch. Frankreich produziert seit 1980 im Schnitt 350 TWh Strom aus #Kernkraftwerken. Bei gleichbleibender Erzeugung sind wir bis 2060 damit bei grob geschätzt 29.000 TWh Strom. Ergebnis: 0,12 Cent/kWh an Kosten. ------------------- @DLF - bitte gibt in euren Artikeln die Kosten für #Endlagerung pro kWh an, sonst kann ein Laie das nicht nachvollziehen. Über Föhne, Leistung und Deutschland. Jedes elektrische Gerät benötigt für seinen optimalen Betrieb eine bestimmte LEISTUNG. Nicht eine Energiemenge. Wenn diese Leistung P über einen gewissen Zeitraum t abgerufen wurde, dann hat das Gerät Energie verbraucht (E = P * t). Dieser Energieverbrauch ist also das RESULTAT der Nutzung und nicht etwa die Eingangsgröße. Beispiel: Der 2000 Watt Föhn, der eine halbe Stunde läuft, hat 1 kWh verbraucht. Aber selbst wenn Ihr 600 Watt Balkonkraftwerk in 10 Stunden 6 kWh erzeugt hat, hätten Sie damit den Föhn ZU KEINER ZEIT betreiben können. Weil die Leistung nicht ausreicht. Es hilft Ihnen also nicht, wenn Ihnen jemand 1 kWh schenken würde. Sie müssten fragen: Welche Leistung bekomme ich für welchen Zeitraum? Und so gilt das im großen Maßstab eben auch für Deutschland: Wir benötigen zu jeder Zeit zwischen 40.000.000.000 und 80.000.000.000 Watt Leistung. Das ist die Summe ALLER elektrischen Geräte, die gerade Strom ziehen. Daraus resultiert dann ein Verbrauch (= Energie). Wenn Politiker Ihnen aufzeigen, wie viel Energie unsere Wind- und Solaranlagen im Jahr erzeugen können, ist das ziemlich nutzlos und reiner Populismus. Der neue Windpark, für den in Ihrer Schwachwindregion der Mischwald kahlgeschlagen wird, kann nicht 10.000 Haushalte zuverlässig mit Strom versorgen. Wahrscheinlich nichtmal einen. Denn er kann die summierte Leistung der elektrischen Geräte bei Flaute nicht bedienen. Und nur darauf kommt es an. Wenn unsere Politiker diese simple Wahrheit begreifen würden, könnte schon morgen Schluss sein mit diesem Unsinn. Es ist ein Bildungsproblem.

In Hamburg ist der größte Batteriespeicher der Stadt in Betrieb gegangen. Ein Projekt von gigantischem Ausmaß, welches zum Gamechanger in der Energiewende wird. Hier die Eckdaten: Kapazität von 5 MWh Leistung von 2 MW Kosten unbekannt! Aus der Jubelmeldung: "Die Kapazität von fünf Megawattstunden verdeutlicht die Dimension des Projekts: Rein rechnerisch könnte die gespeicherte Energie einen durchschnittlichen Fünf-Personen-Haushalt ein Jahr lang vollständig versorgen..." Oder 8.760 Haushalte für eine Stunde. "Der Speicher fungiert als Puffer, der Lastspitzen abfängt und überschüssigen Grünstrom dann bereitstellt, wenn er im Quartier benötigt wird." Welchen überschüssigen Grünstrom? Im Winterhalbjahr gibt es so gut wie keinen überschüssigen Grünstrom. Die Menschen werden rund um die Energiewende so was von hinter die Fichte geführt..... There is a kind of intelligence that doesn't show up on IQ tests. Most intelligence, as we measure and celebrate it, is intra-frame. You're given a game with rules, and you figure out how to win. The SAT is a game. "Get promoted to partner" is a game. "Publish papers in high-impact journals" is a game. Smart people are people who are good at games. But meta-strategic intelligence operates at a different level. It's the intelligence that looks at the game itself and asks: "Is this game worth playing? Is winning this game actually correlated with the outcomes I care about? Or is everyone just playing it because it's the game that's here?"

@FFmpeg This appears to be 2-3 years old. If it was any good it should be a compiler pass in gcc that deals with generating code around extended inline assembler syntax, not some separate tool masquerading as a compiler.

Someone on the FFmpeg mailing list claims to have built a superoptimiser that beats hand written assembly. We'll find out soon enough
