@PoINews2 @PhillySpecial78 @marceelias I don’t give opinions. I can truthfully/factually back up everything I post. You should try doing the same. You’re so caught up on D’s and R’s and spreading MAGA political rhetoric/propaganda it’s impossible for you to deduct/decipher fact from fiction.

@PoINews2 @PhillySpecial78 @marceelias Who’s whining? Just stating the truth. As I said, both parties reap what they sow. The pendulum always swings and each party has to deal with the repercussions of their actions. What serves one party well now will serve the other just as well in one fashion or another later.

JEFF MOSS, POINT OF IMPACT
North Carolina had a successful ballot measure in 2018, Voters approved a legislatively referred constitutional amendment (North Carolina Voter ID Amendment) requiring photo ID for in-person voting. It passed with about 67.5% in favor. The vote was quickly overturned by NC democrat majority Supreme Court sighting it was racist. So STFU and stop whining.

@PhillySpecial78 @PoINews2 @marceelias It aged fine. No one said definitively. The ruling was along party lines 4-3. It effectively nullified the will of more than 3 million voters over a procedural interpretation. One things for certain, the pendulum always swings. Both political party’s reap what they sow.

So...shocker, I actually probably agree with Rachel Keshel's vote on this one (free speech, slippery slope etc.). Sorry Walt, I know Slaton is a ridiculous slandering chuckledick! But here are the problems with Rachel's little speech: 1. I've never slandered*, libeled or defamed her in any way. Saying that I have without being able to point to a single falsehood is slander in and of itself. 2. Defamation would also require some element of malice, which despite my obvious editorial "style", I don't have. I do have the need to point out the hypocrisy of ranting about election fraud with your husband 24/7 (ironically on video hits from your home in LD19) whilst also allegedly committing it. I am well supported and corroborated in making those allegations, and they have never been refuted by Rachel or anyone else, and I've begged someone to tell me how any of it is incorrect. 3. The main element she is missing of course is that she would need to point out something that I've said which is false. She has had a month to do it and hasn't done that or asked me to retract anything. Literally no one in Arizona has pointed out anything that I've posted that is materially false. 4. I've said she lives in LD19 with her husband Seth Keshel since 2024. All of their public election and mortgage documents over the last two years, signed under penalty of perjury, say she lives in LD19. She won't deny she lives in LD19. We would all seem to agree then...she lives in LD19. 5. I've published Arizona law that relates to what happens when you reside in a Legislative District that is not the one you represent...you vacate your seat and are ineligible to run. I think this (and some of the differences as it relates to congressional seats) has been educational for me and everyone following along. 6. Due to all of that that, Rachel is INELIGIBLE TO EVEN BE CASTING VOTES AS AN LD17 REPRESENTATIVE!? 7. "Fighting fire with fire" would be refuting my points and speaking with Arizonans like a grown-up about the issue. You and Seth chose to gaslight and threaten everyone, to block any criticism on social media, and then to try to silence me (and chill everyone else) with a secretive injunction against harassment SLAPP suit. You've had my email and known how to contact me this entire time and you have numerous constituents, journalists, or even your own supporters that you could have convinced of your good faith LD17 representation. You failed to do it, and literally NOT A SINGLE PERSON HAS STOOD UP FOR YOU ON THIS MATTER IN GOOD FAITH. 8. RESIGN! You are a complete embarrassment to Arizona. Shoutout to @ZorroBeZoZo for the heads up on this clip! *For the millionth time legal geniuses, slander is spoken, libel is written.

@Jessica42806219 @HalfwayPost @POTUS Oh sugar, I think we do know your story. It starts with a fatherless trailer house on a country dirt road, 1st baby at 15, high school drop out, a string of prison bound baby daddies, and a nasty drug habit. A lifetime of bad decisions. Now you found Trump and Jesus. You go girl!

@HalfwayPost I stand with our @POTUS 10 toes deep. No matter what the fake news has said or the democrats have done, including some republicans. Trump has came out on top and ahead of them all. The truth will be told, and that’s what they fear the most.

Refinery closures are almost never caused by one thing alone. Age, maintenance costs, market conditions, regulatory outlook, and long term profitability all factor in.

@OuthouseCapital @BobLMandeb @GasBuddyGuy @DanielTurnerPTF Having maintenance crews and turnaround capability doesn’t magically eliminate the economics of operating older refineries. The question isn’t “can they maintain it”, it’s whether companies believe continued investment in aging California refining assets makes financial sense…

@OuthouseCapital @BobLMandeb @GasBuddyGuy @DanielTurnerPTF Mike Ariza’s writing relies heavily on alarmist language, selective sourcing, and politically charged worst case scenarios that are not supported by mainstream energy analysis or evidence of imminent societal collapse. His writing/reporting is his personal biased opinion.

@mcmhtl6 Pre-trial dismissal based on an argument that 8647 isn't a "true threat" and, therefore, should be dismissed by the judge isn't a possibility because it's not a purely legal determination that can be decided as a matter of law. Other meritorious grounds for pre-trial dismissal.

@alegalnerd I don’t believe the Supreme Court in NC will find that the “86 47” post will legally qualify as a “true threat” under the First Amendment standard.

@AnthonyJSisk @PiersUncensored @piersmorgan @adammocklerr Then answer the question, Anthony, what verifiable, factual concessions has Iran actually made since the U.S. and Israel began these attacks? The Trump administration has claimed several, but none have been independently confirmed or clearly materialized. Can you name even one?
