One needn't be pro-life (as I myself am) to be scandalized by the gross abuses of civil liberties by Biden administration officials, abetted by ideological allies, in their crusade against pro-life activists and peaceful protesters. I hope that legal recourse against some parties in their personal capacity will be available. Wrongs need to be righted and markers need to be laid down.

From the Protestant point of view, whose interpretation of Scripture can be considered "final"?
What do we do if any two Christians disagree on the interpretation of Scripture?
I've genuinely never seen any Protestant offer a satisfactory answer to this very basic question.

@PaulNedelisky @shagbark_hick Or to use your LOTR example, what about feminist or queer interpretations of Lord of the rings? Ours are better but formed in an oppressive society or whatever. Eventually individualism at the extreme leads to an inability to communicate or even argue. You need tradition.
