@CruiseNorwegian Cruising (again) in a few weeks and booked two cabins. Cabins 11204 and 11205 allocated - close in number but opposite sides of the ship. Told by the agent tough - even though your ship isn’t full. Can you help as it’s only two of us travelling? Thanks!

@AmericanAir Is there any chance you can help with flight rebooking? I’m a Oneworld Emerald and our flight was cancelled yesterday. We have flights but my parents were put on a later flight than me and I’d really like for them to fly with me. Thanks!

I needed to take a suitcase on my @easyJet flight and the only way you can do that is in priority seats (which they sold out of) as you can’t purchase extra cabin bags. I had to pay to put my luggage in hold - But look at all the empty space in the overhead bins! Unbelievable!

@Westin Just checked into the @WestinSydney - booked a room for three people and given a room with two tiny beds. Front desk managers only solution - tell me that we can squeeze in or pay $110 extra for a bed - we shall be moving to the @sofitelsydneydh tomorrow. #nothappy
