Under this Government we see the fastest ambulance response in five years - less than 29 mins for heart attacks and stroke. Lots done, lots more to do. It was a privilege to go out with a local ambulance crew to see firsthand they work they do to keep our community fit and well.

Why do we reckon David Bull was sacked then? Was he miffed he didn’t get to run in Makerfield? Has he been taking bribes? Has he committed a criminal offence that’s about to come out? Can the media do their job and find out?

@DAaronovitch I feel I’ve listened to a thousand opinions on what a terrible leader Starmer is. Not ONE OF THEM from someone who could direct piss into a bucket frankly. Being bossy and noisy isn’t leading. Starmer’s doing just fine IMO.

@Sacha_Lord No thanks, I don't like watching snakes in the grass. I like the PM I already have thanks, he's honourable and has integrity. This is NOT the way to do things. He has abandoned Manchester, he's using the people of Makerfield to overthrow a democratically elected PM. Disgraceful

@LabourBerry Interesting, but irrelevant - Sir Keir Starmer is the legitimate leader of the Labour Party after being convincingly elected - so having won a landslide GE he also gets to be PM - why doesn't everyone understand there is NO VACANCY

Interesting poll by JLP on who the Public would rather have as PM. Meanwhile, should it get to a Leadership Contest- the Members are unlikely to vote for Burnham who's not even an MP yet.

@philsmith1878 @KarlTurnerMP During the local elections I campaigned with @CllrCallaghan the Labour Leader of Basildon Council I leaflet dropped a whole area in my home area of Laindon. I phone banked the day before the election for Labour HQ using Dialogue. I donated my pension uplift too.

I was critical of KS - in the early days - but he's gone up in my estimation. I detest betrayal & those who perpetrate it. If Burnham is so keen to rejoin the HOC -he should have stood in 2024.

Having given up on asking me for donations, I'm now being asked to buy T shirts. If you're struggling with funding, speak to the guy who could afford to give up a 90 grand a year salary to give up his seat
