Tragic death of Twisha Sharma is extremely disturbing and she must get Justice. Police lodged the FIR, her husband was arrested, Court accepted the demand for the second post mortem. Govt. even transferred the case to the CBI. So, why is the Supreme Court taking suo motu cognizance of this case now? What great magic they will or can do in this case except getting some media coverage? Same Judiciary not uttered a word when Judge Aman Kumar Sharma ended his life because of the torture and harassment by his wife Swati who is also a Judge.

Manav Singh, a 17 year old, self-deleted after Bhavleen Kaur falsely accused him of sexual harassment on her Instagram stories. After that, she posted another story and said that it wasn't her fault that he couldn't handle the pressure. She even made fun of him and was very happy about his death. She didn't even get any punishment. If only the boys hadn't taken the side of that girl and instead supported him by hearing his side, he might still be here. That's why we must be against the idea that "All Indian men are rapists" and must not believe all Indian women. It will lead to thousands of similar cases. Women can falsely accuse men and destroy their lives, and nobody cares. They never even face any punishment for it.

Bar Council of India has not yet suspended license of a woman who has filed 7 rape & molestation cases despite Bar Council of P&H recommending so. She has abused Judges. She has abused law. We lost her.. and we have full condolences. But an innocent man cannot be made a scapegoat when we already have laws and courts to decide guilt — not media trials. I feel unsafe in India today. Because as a citizen, my constitutional rights are being violated. If someone merely puts allegations against me, is the media allowed to declare me a criminal? Can my workplace be pressured and rigged against me, leading to my removal from my post without any conviction? Where are the constitutional rights of an accused person to defend himself in a court of law before being judged by society? Trial by media cannot replace due process under the Constitution .
