Hyundai bodyshop is sending @IFFCO__TOKIO mail to approve the replacement of part rather than repair but they are just delaying it again and again. Worst company @IFFCO__TOKIO

@IFFCO__TOKIO @HyundaiIndia I purchased a car insurance policy of iffco tokio from hyundai. Iffco tokio is not giving proper claim. Hyundai body shop is saying they have to replace some part otherwise it would affect warranty. Iffco tokio is giving repair only for that part.

Hyundai said buy policy from us and we will take care of your car. Iffco tokio said take our policy and we will be there in your bad time. Now I am suffering. They took 5 days to pass the claim and car has been in bodyshop for 2 weeks now.

1 ghante se upar se yahan poori road jaam padi hai. Koi police nhi hai koi nhi dekh rha aake. Holiday inn Mayur Vihar wali road hai ye. Poora aage dharamshila hopsital tak pack pada hai. Koi dekhne sunne wala nahi hai. @dtptraffic @DelhiPolice

@makemytrip @makemytripcare We booked a hotel and put the directions directly from your app. Apparently you guys have put the location on your portal 15kms away from the hotel. This is so unprofessional and not expected from such a big company. We lost an hour because of this.

@Uber_India I was travelling with my grandfather aged 82. And my uber driver left us 1km before the destination stating 'aage jaam hoga aage nhi jaunga'. He didn't respect my grandfather's age and how we would go from where he forcefully dropped off us. This is so unprofessional.
