@protosphinx You know they can actually connect kanpur & Lucknow from the same bullet train bypassing south kannauj and the actual distance might be almost similar to the current alignment

This train awkwardly bypasses Kanpur - which is a major economic center - by making a high angle curve and then comes back to the same alignment after a detour. Very unfair for Kanpur.
