Very disappointed with @airtelindia. Referred a new connection by directly calling the manager as advised for quick install - promised of referral perks, still no voucher. Same excuse: not coming from backend. Zero ownership, no updates. #Airtel #service @Airtel_Presence #India

@FidoSolutions I was informed to get response in 3 biz days & call back on same day of case request. You are saying you're not the right team, this is a perfect example of the zero transparency and poor customer service from #fido @Fidomobile and @FidoSolutions in helping guests with ownership.

@airindiain @airindiain Also, there are lies and excuses when screen issue was reported during the onboarding of flight. Ur #airhostess crew lied it will start in 25 mins but later when we flew, crew said its not working. How do you compensate for such poor services, no water on request too?
