Graduation Day! Same colours as undergrad but a fancier hood 😂 Thanks to my employer @NCHC_NHS for funding the course and to @UEA_Health for putting it on. Long live the MClinRes, and may it be back soon! Congrats also to @AnnaLartey on her ACP MSc, another one for NCHC!

It is so important that we have access to appropriate training to provide an equitable and inclusive service to all.

Being an NQP with a largely bilingual caseload, has allowed me to reflect on my training and confidence in addressing the needs of this client group. I am keen to understand other SLT’s confidence with this client group as this is a growing demographic.
