If anything they should have come off given how hawkish the Fed has been.
Also there is no "pivot", they said 100-125 left in '22 last meeting.

This ''pivot'' whisper is a terrible idea 1) It loosens financial conditions, which will require the Fed to soon talk tough again: credibility, anybody? 2) It steepens the curve and sends 30y yields to the moon, increasing systemic blowup risks (derivatives, housing) Not smart

Personally I think you should start with the communication layer first, and add the formal governance layer later.
If you're doing it correctly, step 1 is just defining the values and building the community, you'll only have something you actually need to govern a bit later.
