@drcesardip Cuanta ignorancia. El "ensamblaje" en Peru eran CKDs. Se fueron porq armar CKDs es muchisimo mas caro que ensamblar con proveedores de manufactura local.

Hace 60 años en el Perú se ensamblan autos de diferentes marcas [Chrsyler, Ford, Toyota, General Motors, Volskwagen, Fiat, Peugeot, Nissan entre las principales]. Vino el asesino dictador Velasco y cerraron y se fueron todas. Todas se fueron a Colombia, México y Brasil.

Me preguntan: siendo Perú 2do productor mundial de cocaina, por qué no tenemos el nivel de violencia criminal de México. Rspta: en Perú se incauta (promedio) el 7% de toda la cocaina producida. Del VRAEM, a pesar de las bases militares, estado de emergencia, presupuestos especiales, etc se procesa +del 60% del total, pero se incauta solo el 2%. En Perú los bienes mal habidos y el dinero sucio de los narcos, mineros ilegales y contrabandistas (se retroalimentan y lavan usando el oro) están protegidos por las leyes procrimen. Pero hay similitudes: igual que en México, los criminales tienen la protección de políticos corruptos y controlan amplios territorios. En Perú empiezan a fusionarse crimen transnacional y local con economías ilegales. La burguesía nacida de las economías ilegales buscan blanquearse social, económica y políticamente. Los Gobiernos débiles son sus mejores aliados. En conclusión: las inversiones y ganancias de las economías ilegales en Perú no corren ningún riesgo. no hay razón para usar la violencia. La bestia criminal y la corrupción siguen creciendo subterráneamente. Más temprano que tarde, por ajustes de cuentas (disputas) o por acción estatal la retaliacion será inexorable. Estamos en la antesala de México y en cuenta regresiva. Los últimos cinco años se caracterizaron por tres cosas: el Plan Huevearte, leyes procrimen y crecimiento exponencial de las economías ilegales. Que podría salir mal?
