Most podcasts are BS because they are fluffy and lack substance. This is the densest, most insightful episode you will listen to this year. @gokulr breaks down the 8 defensible moats you need for your company to be successful in a world of AI. 1. Data (Proprietary and inaccessible) 2. Workflow (Deeply embedded operations) 3. Regulatory (Licenses and contracts) 4. Distribution (Exclusive proprietary channels) 5. Ecosystem (Third-party platform reliance) 6. Network (Marketplace liquidity density) 7. Physical (Infrastructure and atoms) 8. Scale (Low cost through volume) (Links below)

I call baloney on your “10 agents running at one time” workflow. Unless you just have zero intention of shipping any of it.

@sama LLM Cycling is something I recommend people do. Take Claude and ask it to be a product manager and ask it to improve the output from ChatGPT. Then, ask Gemini to do the same thing. Then ChatGPT for Gemini's. Keep cycling until the product input is small . Unreal results.

I am very excited about AI, but to go off-script for a minute: I built an app with Codex last week. It was very fun. Then I started asking it for ideas for new features and at least a couple of them were better than I was thinking of. I felt a little useless and it was sad.

@nicksortor Wait, did you really just celebrate the actions of the person who undid what he created? He raised food prices through tariffs, and you don’t condemn him, then he lowers the prices and you praise him?

🚨 BREAKING: President Trump has just signed an executive order ELIMINATING tariffs on beef, coffee, and tropical fruits This is an effort to bring down food prices in America, as voters voice concerns about affordability. Keep focusing on affordability, 47.

I’m naturally not a conspiracy theorist. I’ve been in science fields / data science for over a decade. …but after seeing all the evidence I’m becoming more and more convinced that Democrats are cheating to win elections at every available opportunity. It’s everywhere.

Very important to appreciate that the debate is not about whether illegals will sway future US elections due to census apportionment, but just by how much! Left-leaving organizations like Pew Research represent the low end of estimates. x.com/i/grok/share/X…
C3@C_3C_3

By the numbers the Democrats have around 50 fraudulent Congressional seats due to illegals. 760,000 people per seat. 40,000,000 illegals. That’s what this is all about. Power. Every 760,000 illegals deported the Democrats lose a seat.

@CollinRugg The Department of Defense spent approximately $191.9 billion on military personnel compensation in FY 2024 to pay the 2.1 million active duty and reserve troops, according to USAFacts. That's 521M a day or $5B every 10 days. I'm not buying it.

JUST IN: President Trump says a "very wealthy gentleman" offered to pay U.S. troops' salaries if funding ran out during the government shutdown. Reporter: "You have the money to pay the troops...?" Trump: "I do... I actually have a man who is a very wealthy person... A donor, a great gentleman, and he said, 'If there's any money necessary, shortfall, for the paying of the troops, then I will pay it,' meaning he will pay it."

Worst streaming event I’ve experienced yet. Failed stream repeatedly. Pixelation constantly. Spinning Black Death. Wouldn’t play on my laptop at all. Bad day for Netflix. I was surprised they chose to advertise their sports streaming service during such poor performance.

@tomcolicchio Psychologically speaking, he’s splitting. He’s incapable of seeing a spectrum of beliefs. Just black and white. You believe in feeding people who are hungry and taking care of those who are sick. So, you know, communist.
