❗️ Some quick info on Bitcoin sunsets ❗️ Listings All listings for Ordinals and Runes as well as offers for Ordinals are done offline, no user action is needed to cancel these. Listings will automatically be cancelled alongside API deprecation on the 27th, in the mean time you can still access listings through your Magic Eden profile to cancel them yourself. Runes Bidding For Runes specifically, users NEED to withdraw any funds or assets they have in their on-platform bidding wallet for Runes. By design, we never had the ability to unilaterally transfer or access these funds, with users always having full custody of their assets. Connect with Bitcoin will be available until March 27th, after which point there will still be an API maintained so users can always have a means of access. Wallet For ME Wallet users, the app will go into a deprecated "export only" mode after April 1 and removed from the App Store. So long as you have access to that downloaded version of the app, you will ALWAYS have access to your keys to export. Ordinals and Runes communities are some of the most resilient, as are the builders dedicated to that ecosystem. They are going to continue to thrive and push onchain culture forward regardless of Magic Eden's support. We will have our memories and our forever collection to look back at fondly.
