Just seen the horrendous news about the stabbing in Golders Green. Violence against anyone due to their race or faith is abhorent. Yet obviously as a Jewish man this particularly resonates with (and scares) me. I've always been very proud to be British, as I think compared to many other countries we are a tolerant society. I’m outraged by the excessive use of force used by police in London to detain the Muslim man who stabbed two Jews. This is the type of violence towards Muslims learned from the IDF and Israeli police.
