@small4lyfe @carsonkrow Drivers license plus birth certificate plus marriage license is what would be needed. Simple. I have these in a safe in my home (AS MOST PEOPLE DO)
English

@carsonkrow A birth certificate can't be used to register to vote under the SAVE Act if a woman has changed her name.
English

@Nebraskawriter2 @Badhombre 12 bucks to request a marriage license in the state of SC where I live. This is less than people spend on a meal at McDonald's. Go cry about something else.
English

@Badhombre ID, yes, birth certificate, marriage license or passport, no.
English

@GeoRebekah These are all documents I already have in my possession as should anyone who was married or divorced and responsible
English

@Eric_Cha93 @WhitchDoc @abbydphillip If you can't put together 25 bucks to get valid docs(that you would need btw to get a job, travel, get medicaid, other insurance, a checking account etc) then please don't vote. Thanks.
English

Here are the facts: the 7 states where 2/3 of Americans don't have a passport. All of them are red states: West Virginia, Mississippi, Alabama, Arkansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, and Oklahoma. Yes, that's your home state, Scott.
Married women whose married names aren't on their birth docs would face extra hurdles. Just because you don't care, doesn't mean it isn't a real issue.
It took 17 years for Real ID (with similar citizenship requirements in some states) to actually be implemented in the US. Do YOU think that's because Americans are "too dumb" to figure it out?
Oh and BTW, according to the SAVE ACT, most Real IDs wouldn't count.
Scott Jennings@ScottJenningsKY
This SAVE AMERICA ACT debate has revealed a truth about the Left: they think black voters, married women, and rural voters are too stupid to figure out how to vote. What a wild, condescending argument.
English

@kdsl5 @WhitchDoc @abbydphillip Guaranteed they still have their license, birth certficates, marriage certificates and divorce decrees. Here in the "rural" south, we keep important documents. If they are lost or damaged, we simply get on our phone (there is wifi and cell service here btw) and order a new one.
English

@abbydphillip Marriage license and divorce decrees are provided to women when they get married and when they get divorced. If you have misplaced yours, you can simply order new ones online and they will send to you. I had to provide this basic info to go on a damn cruise.
English

Put aside the fact that non-citizens don’t vote in federal elections—the SAVE Act would require Americans to provide a passport, a REAL ID that explicitly indicates citizenship, a birth certificate, or military ID in order to register to vote.
52% of voters don’t have a valid passport.
11% don’t have access to their birth certificate.
70 million women don’t have a birth certificate that matches their current legal name.
Only five states offer “enhanced” driver’s licenses that indicate citizenship.
So no, Mike, it’s the opposite of “commonsense.”
Speaker Mike Johnson@SpeakerJohnson
Poll after poll shows 80–90% of Americans support proof of citizenship and voter ID to vote in American elections. This is COMMON SENSE. You need an ID to drive. To open a bank account. To buy cold medicine. To get government benefits. Even to get into the Democrat National Convention. Voting shouldn’t be any different. The integrity of American elections is essential. ONLY our citizens must decide them. End of story.
English

@RepJamesClyburn Also, how the heck do you know non citizens don't vote if no ID is required. What proof or data do you have.
English

@RepJamesClyburn for e verify. If you are apart of that 11%, order one online from your home state. You need valid ID for many many things. Voting should DEFINITELY be one of them.
English

@RepJamesClyburn Married and divorced twice. I have both marriage licenses, both divorce decrees, a state issued driver's license and my birth certificate. I have to provide these to go on a simple cruise to the Bahamas. When I was hired I have to provide id and proof of citizenship.
English

@TVNewsNow Getting a birth certificate is about the easiest thing in the world to do. You can go to your local office in the state you were born if you still live there. If you have moved, you can request it online and it gets sent to you. This is not rocket science.
English

🔥 CNN gets HEATED: Scott Jennings accuses host Abby Phillip of “FEAR MONGERING” after she claims rural Americans won’t be able to use voter I.D.
PHILLIP: “There's an argument to be made that red state voters, women, poor white voters…” will struggle to find passports and birth certificates.
JENNINGS: “You think they're dumb, don't you? I think they’re smart enough to figure out how to vote. All week long I’ve heard Democrats use the same argument.”
PHILLIP: “Hold on, most Americans don't have a passport. Many Americans don't have access to their original birth certificate.”
JENNINGS: “Have more faith in rural America. You’re saying people are too stupid to figure out how to vote,” adds @ScottJenningsKY

@somegrlsam No American Citizen has lost a single freedom. Hope this helps.

I’m just going to say something to MAGA real quick, and I’m not going to bother arguing with any of you any further. There simply is no point.
I fear that you don’t quite realize what is going on right now because you have a boot shoved so far down your throat that you can’t see what’s literally right in front of you. The government is infringing on your first amendment right, second amendment right, and fourth amendment right. You simply don’t care because you see it happening to people that you don’t like; people that you believe deserve it, and you think that it will never happen to you but you are sadly mistaken.
The government is turning against its citizens and violating the constitution. You are not exempt to that and you will find that out very soon. So, while you may not agree with the people damaging buildings or throwing ice snowballs at Federal agents, or “getting in the way,” you should be on the side of American citizens who are losing their freedoms because that includes YOU wether you believe that or not. The government is not going to spare you because you support them, they don’t know you and they don’t care about you.

@anthonycabassa @elonmusk Can someone tell these children to go home because it's past their bedtime.
English

@maggiemoda @SaraHigdon Yea but we didn't get in the face of those trying to do their damn jobs. Protest from the sidelines and do not interfere with law enforcement trying to do a job and ALL of this can be avoided.
English

@iAnonPatriot Seriously fellas I can’t even imagine putting myself in their POV…what happened to them? How’d they get like this
English

@HustleBitch_ Should have looked at that before purchasing the house, no?
English

🚨 SHE JUST DID THE MATH ON HER MORTGAGE - AND IT’S MAKING PEOPLE SICK
An American homeowner breaks down her numbers on camera and it hits hard. She bought a $300,000 house with a 30-year mortgage at 5% - the most normal setup imaginable.
But the math is brutal.
Total paid over time: $864,000.
Interest alone: $564,000.
That’s money that buys nothing.
No house. No upgrades. No equity. Just decades of payments to the bank.
She’s up at midnight running the numbers, quietly making micro-payments to try to escape the trap early.
So is this homeownership… or a debt prison built on purpose?
English

@Asleepace @nickdagreek @EricLDaugh She was "trying to get to the doctor" on a closed road. Watch the entire video. Obstruction at its finest.
English

@amyklobuchar No they don't. They are there to do a job. Tell your constituents to let them do there job and there will be no chaos. You all created this. NOT ICE.
