Ethnic Danes (and other Europeans) who actively defend or excuse the Iranian regime because they see it as “anti-imperialism,” resistance to the USA/Trump or Israel – belong in exactly the same category as the Muslim Arabs who do the same. Just with different motives. The difference is only superficial. Muslim Arabs often have religious/cultural ties to Shiism or anti-Western resistance (via mosques with Iranian links or broad propaganda). Ethnic Danes (and European) typically come from left-wing anti-American environments where anything from the USA/Israel is automatically labeled “imperialism” or “neocolonialism”. But both groups end up excusing or defending a regime that executes demonstrators. Brutally oppresses women. Kills children without blinking. Tortures political prisoners. Supports terrorist groups like Hezbollah and Hamas. While Iranian freedom fighters – women, youth, secular people – risk their lives for democracy and rights. In the 2026 debate (after the US/Israeli attacks and Khamenei’s death) it is crystal clear that the left wing calls the war “illegal aggression”, “regime-change war” or “just for Israel” – and easily slips into defending Iran as a “victim of imperialism”. State-funded media focus on Western interference and call it “stupid” and “dangerous” – while the regime’s brutality is almost forgotten. On social media you hear it over and over: “The USA/Trump/Israel started it”, “the protests are CIA-backed”, “Iran is not a threat”. Both sides undermine freedom values by placing their anti-USA/anti-Israel agenda above human rights. Read that again! It is hypocrisy – one side driven by religious/ideological sympathy, the other by anti-imperialist ideology. The difference is only motive and background. The result is identical: Support for oppression instead of solidarity with the oppressed Iranians. It shows how dangerous ideology is when it blinds people to reality – whether it comes from a mosque or a left-wing debate. And this is where you come in. Because it is time to choose sides: Freedom or ideology? 🪽 . . Now I’m going out on the streets with resident Iranians – a celebration of hope and resistance in Iran. You should do the same – they are often held in Copenhagen. To show your support and solidarity. And as a counterweight to the Muslim Arabs who try to defend Khamenei and the theocracy in the comment sections, while the oppressed Iranians fight for their lives. It is not just a demonstration – it is a clear message: We stand with the freedom fighters, not with the oppressors. We stand with the women who refuse the hijab compulsion, with the youth who risk execution for fighting for their freedom, with the secular Iranians who want a country without theocracy. When you see regime supporters IN OUR FREEDOM-LOVING COUNTRIES excusing executions, torture, and oppression with “it’s the West’s fault” or “USA/Israel started it” – then it is time to stand up and show the opposite.❤️‍🔥
