@BradGalli @mdaugh04 @StubHub @BradGalli This makes me hesitate to ever buy from @StubHub again. I had issues years ago with this same thing. Thank goodness it was only a regular season Red Wings game. I hope this gets made right. What a disappointment.

I appreciate this public response. I mean that. But I have been down this road, where we get behind the DM wall and despite doing everything I’m asked — proving on my end that I didn’t receive the tickets — I get copy-and-pasted “read the fine print” messages. I got asked for multiple email screenshots, and provided them. Once I did that, the reasons for your team’s defense kept changing. I fought back with more proof, and ultimately got pressured multiple times to close my Amex case. I reported that to Amex and paused communications with your team. The only thing right to do is look at the case, see the proof in emails ane calls into my account pregame and during the game, then kindly understand that there is no chance in the world I would lie about this or want my wife and kids to wait outside the national championship in the cold, nasty weather. And please proceed to issue the refund I requested.

Nightmare experience with @StubHub from the men’s national championship that keeps getting worse. We bought the tickets for the national semifinals and national championship in one purchase. Stubhub sent us the tickets for the semis, but never sent the championship tickets. They refuse to pay us back. It’s been ugly. The @LucasOilStadium box office team confirmed before the game the tickets were never associated with our email address, and encouraged us to ask @TeamStubHub for help or a refund. The stadium staff said it would be quickly taken care of. I have spent hours on the phone, and longer chatting online. No resolution. They keep moving the field goal posts including claims that we should have reached out sooner (we did), and then ask me to drop my Amex case against them. We never got the championship game tickets. My wife and kids stood outside most of the first half and we had to buy other tickets. @TeamStubhub didn’t help that day, that night, or in the days since. Anybody know how to get real help from them?

Pathetic Game 1 from the Pistons. Outside of Cade, not much went right. Shooting was miserable and the lack of a 2nd star might be an issue.

There is a Hornet’s guard that might be Top 3 most unlikable player in the league and that’s hard to do.

The Michigan hoops die hard fans deserve this. Especially after the Juwan Howard Era. What a fun season. What an incredibly likeable group of guys. Can’t wait to run this back next season.

Yaxel Lendeborg goes down as one of the all-time greats at Michigan. I know it was one season, but what the guy gave Michigan in one season will be remembered forever. He is unapologetically himself. He gave this school everything he had. Total warrior.

Do you know how miserable millennial Michigan fans were at one point, like very recently? Words can’t explain what Dusty May & Jim Harbaugh did to a generation of almosts. Two losses in the CBB final. Donte DiVincenzo. Burke’s block. JT was short. TCU, etc. What a relief it is.

Give John Beilein a ring for this, too. He’s the one that got this program out of the desert. He got this program to the doorstep of a national title twice and this program wouldn’t be close to where it is now with the resurgence he led.
