What a beautiful soul of a man. I grew up listening to him on sports talk radio, then worked for/with him and was proud to call him a friend. He had a massive impact on my career and I’m so glad we caught up during Christmas. I will miss his wisdom, guidance, sense of humour and his relentless thirst for knowledge. I am so thankful he gave me a chance 23 years ago. Rest in peace John Short. You were loved and will be missed. An absolute legend.
