The ruthless often rise to power quickly but fall hard because their power is built on exploitation, whereas true power is built on creation and providing value, making one indispensable and earning their power

After launching $LIBRA, the memecoin, and seeing its value evaporate and accusations of fraud, the President of Argentina literally said “there’s no crying in the casino”

BIG updates to share today!
A few months ago, I announced that a scene from The Lurkers—featuring the girl in the yellow jacket—would grace the cover of The Rainfall Market, published by Penguin Random House UK. This book achieved "legendary status" in South Korea, becoming a bestseller with 30,000 copies sold in its first month. Penguin licensed my artwork for the UK cover.
Since then, things have taken an exciting turn! The book launched in the UK on Thanksgiving Day, and the response has been incredible. The original Korean publisher loved the artwork so much that they reached out to license it for a special edition. I’m thrilled to share that we’ve reached an agreement, and my art will soon debut in Korea, where the book has a massive fanbase.
But that’s not all—The Rainfall Market is also coming to the USA, the largest book market in the world, in January 2025! I can’t wait to see my art in person at major retailers like Barnes & Noble.
The reach of this book is expanding quickly. Hundreds of thousands of copies across the world will feature my artwork on the cover. I’ve also reached an agreement with a publisher in Poland and am in discussions with others to bring my art to even more countries.
It’s surreal to think this all started with the original—a digital artwork minted on the blockchain. Now, it’s making its way into bookstores and retailers around the globe. Digital art will continue to spread into the world in exciting ways, and I’m here for it!
I’m also thrilled to see book cover art growing in appreciation. People love good stories, and when there’s captivating cover art involved, it creates an exciting opportunity for collecting. Earlier this year, I read on ARTnews that the original cover art for the first Harry Potter sold at Sotheby’s for $1.9 million, the most expensive HP memorabilia ever! I also recently saw an email from Christie’s about a book cover art sale they held just weeks ago. It’s inspiring to think about how digital art and NFTs could impact this collectible market and potentially grow as a new category within the broader digital art space.
Stay tuned—I’ll be sharing photos of the different editions of The Rainfall Market in the coming days. Each one has its own unique touches, and I can’t wait to show you all the ways this artwork is coming to life!

GM and Welcome to the Critter shop grand opening!
Critters have been part of my web3 journey from the very start. They symbolize spontaneity, finding joy in the ordinary, and having fun in all we do.
Big shoutout to @embroidery_boy for making my noodly poos into reality. And thank you to all of my holders and friends. This wouldn't have been possible without all of you!

@vibhu The 🤔 when you see the current value of darkheart vs the price you papered at. The 🥲 when you see you sold both of them. RBLX items > NFTs (for now)

This post went viral in the ROBLOX community, so wanted to dig in a bit more
Warning: ROBLOX nerds only
Telling my story of working there in 2019, and going through my account, which has some unique aspects IMO

In July, 2009 I was working at Roblox as one of the first 15 employees. I gave myself 200 years of premium membership at the time directly in the database. I just checked and they never removed it 😂 Please don’t tell them 🙏

@kneeanderthul I'm not complaining about my $ART allocation nor care about the price. I care about the integrity of the the way they treat all stakeholders. I'm arguing that not peddling in tokens at all would have kept the art market in a better state. If you must peddle do it early

@mic333sol Was it not free ?
It seemed like this was an attempt to get folks to use the site.
It brought attention and I hope artist capitalized on it 🖼️
If you weren’t selling as an artist before, odds are this wasn’t going to help.
They didn’t owe anyone a thing for buying art 🫨

@BLewwski Yeah hypocrites in this space tend to have a short memory. I paid sol to you for your mbbs after a long series of bull posts on mbb by you. Go ahead and delete those tweets as well. You were selling mbbs to buy smbs. Nothing to do with me.
English

@mic333sol I exited my BD position like in October lol. If you’re referring to our SMB/MBB trade then I think we dumped on each other lol
