@AsdaServiceTeam Can you please explain as unclear at the moment. As newspapers are stating that colleagues get paid if contracted to the shift. However I’ve heard others saying you’re to book holiday. Why should use a days holiday for this as then it’s not really a bonus for colleagues

@lastminute_com so another two weeks since you emailed with the promise of a refund. So where the hell is it??? We were due to travel in March we’re now in May and still have no money back!!!!

@TUIUK change your holiday to another date free of charge. Yet we have to pay £400+ for the same hotel. I think prices should be honoured in these current situations. Already paid over £3000 to be told yes you can change your date but have to pay the difference. Out of order
