If your biggest takeaway from tonight is that you don’t like Dickie Lovelady’s usage, we were watching different games. Lovelady saved the pen so you can go Peralta, Weaver, Raley, Williams tomorrow with Brazoban on deck too. What am I missing? The Mets go shutout.

Mike Francesa tells us that Zuby Ejiofor transferred from Kansas to St. John's because he didn't want to sit behind Joel Embiid any longer. Embiid's last game with Kansas was in March, 2014 when Zuby was nine years old. Not to mention that Embiid only spent one year in college.

I’m sure the outcome of tonight’s game won’t really change your opinion, so I might as well ask now. Out of 10, how would you rank your enjoyment of the World Baseball Classic? Ten being the highest score. I give it a ten. My only complaint is the pitch count limit. But I get why it’s a rule.
