Just in the last 24 hours:
- Trump skips his own son's wedding
- JD Vance + Hegseth race back to the White House
- Chief of Staff posting videos of B-2 bombers
...something MASSIVE must be about to happen
What is going on??!!!!!
As of today, Florida SNAP recipients can’t buy soda or candy because God forbid we allow a single mom and her kids a few moments of happiness at the end of the day. 😡
My boomer uncle has $430,000 in his 401k.
Won't turn the heat above 67.
Still clips coupons.
Hasn't bought new shoes in four years.
Saving it.
For what, I asked once.
He thought about it for a long time.
"I don't know," he said. "Emergencies."
CEO of America’s largest public hospital system says he’s ready to replace radiologists with AI.
Mitchell H. Katz, MD, the president and CEO of New York City’s public hospital system, has stated that he is prepared to begin replacing radiologists with artificial intelligence for certain diagnostic tasks as soon as the regulatory environment permits. Speaking at a recent panel, Katz highlighted the potential for AI to serve as the "first reader" for routine screenings such as mammograms and X-rays, which would allow hospitals to realize significant financial savings amid the rising costs of human specialists. In this scenario, radiologists would transition into a secondary role, only reviewing images that the technology identifies as abnormal. Other healthcare leaders supported this vision, citing data that suggests AI can be more accurate than humans in specific low-risk screenings.
However, this proposal has met with intense opposition from medical professionals who argue that such a shift would pose a severe threat to patient safety. Radiologists have criticized hospital administrators for being "confidently uninformed," claiming that current AI technology is not yet capable of providing independent patient care without human oversight.
My sister runs the whole house...kids, meals, everything while her husband works and is very successful. He's super disciplined too: gym, yoga, perfect routine. But when my sister got sick for a few days, he had to take time off work to manage the house and kids. He even missed an international conference and a few work opportunities because he had to stay home. By day two he looked exhausted and completely overwhelmed. It made me wonder how many successful men are successful because someone else is quietly managing their life doing unpaid labour. And what women could achieve too... if they also had a wife at home.
@mattvanswol I went through this horrendous line yesterday… Although this guy was intense it was nice he kept things in order and going single file into the terminal. I’m surprised he has a voice today! I feel sorry for all the workers having to deal with this mess.
🚨#BREAKING: Wild video footage has emerged of a New Orleans police screaming at travelers who were fighting while waiting in a 3-hour TSA line at MSY International Airport.
"If you don't make this line, you will NOT catch your flight. Just stop! We all going to the same location. We don't have time for this!"
@7_PicosFinance@chutneylife Feel this! 20 years w State Farm, 27k flood they wouldn’t cover but should have (fit the criteria but they pushed back on everything). Wanted us to take it to court. Ugh
If you’re flying out of New Orleans MSY today. There’s no TSA Pre check. So yeah. Get here early early. Because that line is wrapped to the parking garage. You’ll be waiting. Goodluck.
🚨#BREAKING: ABSOLUTE PANDAMONIUM at the New Orleans airport this morning where the TSA security line stretched...
...ALL THE WAY OUT INTO THE PARKING GARAGE!!!!
WE SHOULDN'T HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS JUST TO GET ON AN AIRPLANE!!!!
@ToddLlewellyn It also shouldn't be so many sessions IMO.
We have an adult session, a youth session, a leadership session, and a general session. Way excessive IMO.
@DerrickEvans4WV@StateFarm We had to cover a 27k water damage claim. They are scammers. We had been with them 20 years w no claims. Cancelled and all 5 cars. They will never get a penny from me. They are so difficult. We probably would have sued but more money then, drug out, and stress.
This man is so upset with his State Farm homeowners insurance that he put a sign in his yard to make sure everyone knew how he felt.
“Our house burnt May 13th, 2025 - Fully Insured at @StateFarm, all we have gotten is lies, denies, & delays.”
“People pay their premiums…”
Let’s pause and think about what actually happens during a colonoscopy.
You’re sedated. A flexible tube with a small camera is inserted into the colon so physicians can examine the lining and remove abnormal growths at the discretion of the doctor. That lesion may become cancerous in 15-20 years or it may never become cancer. In the meantime, poking a little too hard with the instruments can make a hole, leaking fecal matter into your abdominal cavity. So you could end up with emergency surgery for a possible lesion that could possibly become cancerous someday.
Now, instead of reacting emotionally or projecting the program you’ve been given, step back and think logically. Does this sound like a good idea?
When a procedure can lead to death or permanent damage, don’t you think it’s time to rethink our approach?
Up to this point, the Iranians have been deliberately sending out their outdated missiles and cheap drones as disposable decoys, fully aware they were expendable, just to bleed US and Israeli air defenses dry.
And that strategy worked.
Now they’re dropping the pretense. They’re moving on to their more sophisticated ballistic missiles and advanced drones, raising the stakes and tightening the pressure.
Interceptor stockpiles are already running dangerously low, and the strain is hitting the United States, Israel, and their allies really hard.
Hello Sir, I have been thinking about something lately. Somewhat to do with the "war". Now I dont mind us helping others out. But my question is... When does America come first. This is what I mean, fraud is still out there and we are still funding it. They have been looking at Minnesota for 3-4 months, with 49 states to go. Yet not one politician has been held accountable. I live in Washington State and whatever tax break Trump gave us, the states take. Gas is $5 a gallon, car tabs, property tax all went up. They charge us for plastic bags when grocery shopping. We have sleeper cells. The list goes on and on. When you do think America will be first. My friends and I love Trump but we are losing hope. Hell we all voted for him. But we are not feeling his Great Economy that he talks about. Hell, I haven't seen him mention WA State once. All businesses he has brought in are all located 1000 miles East of us. Would you please let us know what we are missing? Thank you for your time
After a weekend of prayer, study, and thought on the war in Iran, I came to 4 conclusions:
1) Most importantly, I trust God. One way or another, it will work out the way HE deems it. But we still must do our part.
2) We have to soul search, but without politics. Is this moral and just? Is it in our natural interest? Is it America first? What does that even mean?
3) This is not 2016. Through his solid track record of proving peace through strength works, President Trump has earned my respect enough to give him the benefit of the doubt.
4) While I believe all of this is true today, it still may end in a way that is not to our liking. Which brings me back to Point 1.
@SamaHoole If you don't cherry pick one study with 63 participants, but read a meta-analysis on 5 studies, same journal, you get the true conclusion:
"In summary, our meta-analysis demonstrated that dietary fiber can obviously increase stool frequency in patients with constipation."
Study: Patients with chronic constipation were told to remove ALL fiber from their diet.
Results after 6 months:
Zero fiber group: 100% reported symptom relief
Reduced fiber group: Some improvement
High fiber group: Symptoms worsened
The treatment for constipation was removing the thing we're told treats constipation.
Published in the World Journal of Gastroenterology, 2012.
Nobody talks about it because the fiber supplement industry is worth $4.72 billion annually.
Can't have people discovering that the problem is also the "solution" they're selling.
Nick Fuentes tells his followers not to vote in the midterms so the GOP gets wiped out, Trump gets impeached and indicted, and then "we get a Nazi to run in 2028": "I hope we get a fucking fascist to run in '28 to burn the GOP down as a dark horse and win the presidency as a right-wing radical."
