🚨 WATCH: Labour has released a video containing "antisemitic quotes" from Green Party candidates

At the May Day rally in Liverpool today, holding the Socialist Party banner. And unfortunately, one would not think they were at a May Day event! Almost all that was being held up on the march were Palestine flags, not a single chant mentioned the working class (that I could hear) A minuscule organisation behind our comrades were chanting ‘let every single migrant in, throw reform voters in the sea’ Most of the ‘red’ was on the Palestine flags. And of course, solidarity with the Palestinians is important, so is anti racism, but the complete lack of a class orientation reflects the hostile class forces which stand behind some of these groups Some incredibly posh accents; the only young scousers around us were in the Socialist Party’s contingent. I'm sure others who attended were similarly disappointed. Let's hope next year’s march has more union banners and socialist slogans!

I haven't been this depressed about British politics since the post-Brexit period, when it was similiarly clear that every potential course of action involved huge, painful trade-offs, and so all the parties just spent years on displacement activities instead.
