if this is about urban vitality i don't really believe office workers being there has a big impact on the local economy downtown. i do, however, believe in most US cities it has an enormous impact on transit revenues.

@ericacbarnett @RosesPaintedRed FYI, the lumping together of requests is done to other organizations as well and not just publications. It’s a problem. I suppose the best workaround would be for orgs to maintain spreadsheets of burner accounts and passwords.
