Agents followed the family’s car in unmarked vehicle—before colliding with them near Home Depot.
The mother was also handcuffed—what happened to the children is unclear.
"Papa!" they cry out as agents drag him away.
The incident occurred in Harlingen, Texas—located in the central Rio Grande Valley. #DemsUnited

JUST IN: Judge Sara Ellis makes clear she is indeed issuing an injunction against the government restricting the use of force in "Operation Midway Blitz."
She says they've repeatedly violated her TRO and "this conduct shows no signs of stopping."

🚨BREAKING:
The Border Patrol agent who shot a Chicago woman five times now has a warrant out for his arrest.
Agent Taher J. Shaw is accused of obstruction of justice… after reportedly driving the government SUV used in the shooting over 1,100 miles to Maine, raising major concerns about evidence tampering.
This was after Shaw claimed the woman, Marimar Martinez, rammed his vehicle… while body cam and other video evidence show the agent swerved into her car first.
And this right here… is exactly why they refuse to wear body cams. Because accountability isn’t part of the job… cover-ups are.

Religious organizations have ALWAYS been welcome to provide services to detainees in ICE detention facilities. Religious leaders may request access to facilities through proper channels and have those requests approved. @ICEGov does not separate families.
