@ventry089 Browser use is great as a fallback but it’s slow. An agent doesn’t need the UI it just needs access the the data.

Told an agent to book a dinner table - gave it an empty browser and zero instructions went to grab coffee came back and the reservation was already sitting in my inbox THE AGENT DOESN'T NEED YOUR API - IT NEEDS YOUR SCREEN everyone wires agents through a site's API but 90% of sites have no API - and a browser opens everywhere you stop writing a scraper for every site the agent looks at the page like a human and just clicks - screenshot - its eyes - DOM extract - its map - playwright - its hands - any vision model - its brain that's browser-use, 102k stars, mit full list below - grab it before the sites shut the door

Be careful investing too much time and energy into any single creator ai tools/platforms. Love to see all this creativity but naturally many will be abandoned as their creators lose interest or move on to other projects.

🚨 Anthropic just dropped its 🦞 @OpenClaw competitor Meet Dispatch. A new research preview in Claude Cowork that completely changes how you interact with AI. Here’s how it works: 1️⃣ Pairs your phone to a persistent Claude session on your desktop 2️⃣ Message tasks on the go, come back to finished work 3️⃣ Executes code in a secure, local sandbox Your files stay 100% local and private, and Claude asks for your approval before touching anything Sure, the desktop needs to stay on, but the flexibility is insane. Rolling out now to Max users (Pro coming soon). Time to pair that phone! 👀

Perplexity just took its shot at killing OpenClaw, and I'm completely blown away. Their new Computer tool is the most powerful agentic system on the market right now. Think OpenClaw, but on steroids (easier setup, better security + more) My top 10 mega prompts (copy/paste):

@ShaziGoalie I’ve helped several tenants successfully do this. It works if you present the facts. Most don’t want the hassle of having to find a new tenant

I mapped out 50 ways to make money with AI in 2026. Not theory. Not hype. Real business models with revenue paths and MVP scope. Organized into 5 categories: vertical agents, content tools, data infrastructure, edge AI, and services. Each idea shows exactly what to build and how to monetize it. Saved me 3 weeks of research when I was figuring out what to launch. Comment "IDEAS" and I'll DM it to you (must be following)

@aincomeinvestor 14% lol. A unicorn or a red flag. Either way high risk. Even if you did find, very unlikely it’ll last forever. As for real estate, a lot more flexibility, relatively speaking, and you’re building long term equity. A lot of missing variables too. Location, market, DP % etc

Question time: $100,000 down payment on a house? or $100,000 into an ETF that earns you 14% annually ($14,000) while renting? 🤔
