I interviewed all of the best creative strategists in the world.
@binghott. @iamshackelford. @DenneyDara. @sourfraser. @MatthewGattozzi. @pkennedy93 @thedennis. @harrydelmege_. @heyitsalexP. (thank you so much guys, you're all the best)
If you read this document you will be able to become, train, & hire the best advertiser/creative strategist in the world. I promise you that.
Hiring and training creative strategists is one of the most expensive mistakes you can make if you get it wrong.
So I asked the best in the world:
what separates the ones who actually produce winners from everyone else.
I wrote it all up in one doc.
I put a lot of time into this and there literally 0 AI, just 14 pages of straight sauce.
reply "STRAT" and I'll send it over.

RELEASING Scribe Tomorrow 🚨
Most AI writing tools produce content nobody reads.
You paste a prompt. You get a post that sounds like every other AI post on the platform.
Generic hooks. No voice. No point of view.
We've written thousands of posts across 15 industries. We know what hooks stop the scroll. What formats convert. What structure keeps someone reading past line two.
So we (@Layton_Gott and I) built all of that into one tool. It's called Scribe.
Here's what's inside:
→ Trained on real performance data, not just "good writing"
→ Pulls from your brand brief so it sounds like you, not a robot
→ Built for each platform separately. LinkedIn, Twitter, email.
→ Multiple hook variations per post so you pick the strongest angle
→ Takes youTube transcripts, articles, voice notes, etc, and turns them into LinkedIn posts, Twitter short-form hot takes, lead magnets, and even story emails
→ And plenty more formats
We've been building this for months. We're launching early access tomorrow.
You get free access until testing ends. Then an exclusive discount that will not come back so you can continue using it.

I just built a Claude Code skill that ships 50 static ad concepts to my desktop every morning 🤯
Feed it your reviews, your winning ads, and your top comments → it studies what's working → generates 50 fresh static ad concepts in your brand voice while you sleep.
All inside Claude Code.
Perfect for DTC brands and agencies who are still briefing designers, waiting 3 days for 4 mediocre options, and burning hours in Canva trying to keep up with creative volume.
If you're running Meta Ads in 2026, you already know the math — the brands that win aren't the ones with the best single ad, they're the ones testing 20-50 new concepts per week. Most teams ship 5 if they're lucky.
This skill solves it:
→ Drop in your customer reviews, top comments, and winning ad screenshots
→ The skill studies what hooks, angles, and pain points are actually converting
→ Pulls from a library of 15 proven DR templates (us vs them, stat callouts, review cards, testimonial stacks, headline ads)
→ Writes 50 new concepts in your brand voice every morning on a schedule
→ Fires the prompts to Nano Banana 2 for finished images
→ Drops everything into a dated folder on your desktop, ready to upload to your CBO
No briefing designers.
No 3-day turnarounds.
No starting from scratch every Monday.
What you get:
- 50 fresh static ad concepts every single morning
- Concepts grounded in your real customer language and winning ads
- 15 proven DR templates baked in, customized to your brand
- Scheduled to run while you sleep — wake up, pick winners, upload
- One skill file you install once and use forever
Built 100% in Claude Code.
I put together a full playbook with the skill file, the 15 templates, and the exact setup to get this running on a schedule.

@ALEXRXDRGZ @taggartvanetten sweet, I'm doing that one too! Excited for it.
English

@mikemeisner07 @taggartvanetten Okay gotcha I’m going to take your advice! And yeah that’s the one 👍🏽
English

@ALEXRXDRGZ @taggartvanetten I'd probably not do this - maybe try 1 mi warmup, 6-9mi MP and a cooldown but doing 13 at MP is not on the menu when you should start a taper. btw...are you running in Ojai?
English

@taggartvanetten I have a marathon on April 19th would you recommend trying this out about two weeks beforehand, or is that too risky?

I timed how long it takes to build a page for each awareness level using @ecomwize
Unaware → Advertorial → ⏱️ 5 min
Problem Aware → Listicle → ⏱️ 5 min
Solution Aware → Landing page → ⏱️ 5 min
Most Aware → Product page → ⏱️ 5 min
20 minutes = 4 pages → full funnel ready to go.
Meanwhile most brands are spending 3 weeks on one product page and sending all their Meta traffic to it.
Like + Comment "Funnel" and I'll DM you these 4 templates to implement right away.

@NocturnalNelly @jayzio @theNOBSdentist Will do - I have about 50mg left, was planning to save most for the week before my marathon as I find it helps bigly. But I'll do small daily for 7 days before perhaps
English

@jayzio @mikemeisner07 @theNOBSdentist Try injecting daily if you aren't already.
Sub q better than IM
More dilution won't help yea

Every adverse reaction I’ve heard from “peptides gone wrong” scenarios always involve GH secretagogues.
Interesting.
Nick Shackelford@iamshackelford
Alright so last night as I was taking an injection, I took the wrong peptide and I tripled the dose that I was supposed to take of a different peptide. What this resulted in was asphyxiation, throat tightening, tongue enlarging, and lips enlarging. In 15 minutes I was unable to breathe so we had to call paramedics for an Epi. I ended up having an unfortunate reaction that was a complete user error and I suffered a gnarly consequence of a very very slow and rough day but your boy is back and he is here for the culture.
English

@NocturnalNelly @theNOBSdentist CJC has caused a very strong reaction in me - flushed and high heart rate. MOTS I've taken 3-5mg regularly with no problem.
English

@theNOBSdentist Same thing can happen with MOTS-C when a large dose (5mg+) is injected IM (NEVER DO THIS)
Sounds like anaphylactic shock
Honestly might've been MOTS-C, no idea how CJC possibly could've done this
English

@iamshackelford Dang - CJC once gave me a rough reaction when I took 2-3x the dose. Didn't realize it could do that and I was flushed as hell, high heart rate and so on...but nothing like this.

Right now everyone is trying to crack AI static ads the same way.
JSON prompts. 4 different LLMs. Copy-pasting between tools. Tweaking parameters. Debugging hands. Fixing garbled text. Spending 45 minutes on one ad that still needs a designer to clean up.
I know because I built that exact workflow.
I shared it publicly. 859 people wanted it.
And then I stopped using it.
Here is what most people are doing right now:
1. Write a detailed JSON prompt with product specs, persona, angle, layout.
2. Feed it to GPT or Gemini for the image.
3. Realize the text is wrong.
4. Open Canva or Figma to fix it.
5. Try again with a different model.
6. Repeat 10 more times.
6 steps. 4 tools. 45 minutes. One static ad.
Here is what I do now:
Pick a product. Pick a theme. Pick an angle. Click generate. Launch.
3 clicks. Done.
No JSON. No prompt engineering. No bouncing between tools.
The strategic thinking is already built into the system.
Hooks. Layouts. Visual hierarchy. What actually converts on Meta.
Trained on what we have learned managing millions in ad spend across 150+ brands.
This is the difference between engineering a prompt and engineering a system.
One makes you feel productive. The other makes you profitable.
I put together a breakdown showing exactly how the old prompt workflow compares to the 3-click system we use now.
Comment "STATIC" and I will send it over.

We've currently launched over 3k ads in the last 7 days, not slop, perfect static imagery using @alexgoughcooper's framework.
Although one difference we make to ensure every ad is perfect, is the framework below. 👇
The funniest part is, you can tell Claude to make it for you, it usually comes out perfect from just the URL, but it cuts hallucinations down by 90%.
Comment 'STATICS' for the full framework.
