We have a major incident on SBG2. The fire declared in the building. Firefighters were immediately on the scene but could not control the fire in SBG2. The whole site has been isolated which impacts all services in SGB1-4. We recommend to activate your Disaster Recovery Plan.

@remidesaignes @mat3oosh @olesovhcom Thank you. Finally had an email from OVH. From what I read, the Public cloud instance in SBG1 is toast. Lets hope the instance backups are still intact (email states currently under investigation).

@remidesaignes @mat3oosh @olesovhcom Brilliant! I can see it in the Billing History. Although it shows Instance deleted!? The backup is also shows, although that's not available in the Control Panel either. Any suggestions?!

@mikepleonard @mat3oosh @olesovhcom You could go to your billing history to get this info. Instance name is not showing but click on openstack id and it should help you figure out. Hope that helps, screenshot attached... 🤞

@mikepleonard @olesovhcom if you have any other Public Cloud instances and hostname of the missing one is known to you, you can try to deduct a direct URL by replacing the hostname in a link you already have in panel.

@mikepleonard @olesovhcom some of them might be missing from CP. But take a look on "My Services" panel: ovh.com/manager/dedica… All instances should be listed there along with links to them.

@mat3oosh @olesovhcom Still doesn't tell me where my public cloud instance is located. As the FAQ expects them to still be listed in the control panel

@olesovhcom How can I find where public cloud service is and snapshots/backups are? They are missing from Control Panel/API and I've not had an email yet.

Update March, 13 / 3pm We are creating a page for - the services hosted in SBG - the service backups (FTP Backup, VPS Automated Backup, VPS Snapshot SSD/Cloud, Instance Backup/Snapshot, Volume Snapshot/Backup) - the internal backup - the state of the backups - next steps / ETA
