A man decided to go swimming in the community pool at night with his friends. Soon after, a few of the HOA members came by and demanded that he left the pool because the pool closes at 8pm. The HOA threatened to seek action for his actions. The man knew the rules and chose to ignore them, the rules are in place for a reason for safety. Should the man be banned from the pool, he really didn’t seem like he was doing any harm to anyone by swimming laps, or should they really just let it go since the pool area was so dark anyways?

@Masculincreed The titanic was an exception not the rule. Most maritime disasters resulted in the death of most of the women and children. The titanic was the exception bc the crew manning the lifeboats held men back at the end of a gun. The men weren’t noble. They were forced.

My woman said; ‘Men are privileged. They don’t have to sacrifice.’ I said nothing. Just asked her to look at the Titanic numbers. 73% of women survived. Only 19% of men did. She tried to counter it. Then I told her something she wasn’t ready to hear…

A key pillar of my agenda is restoring balance to disclosure obligations and reducing the cost of compliance wherever possible. These proposed changes would help to rationalize the scope of Form PF requirements and bring our overall disclosure regime back into alignment. ⬇️

There's no good civic argument for the electoral college. It was arguably necessary to ensure the ratification of the Constitution, but it's an anti-democratic device that gives some American citizens far more voting power than others, based purely on where they live.

Over the last year, the SEC has made meaningful progress to reform the CAT and strike a better balance between regulatory use, costs, funding, and security considerations. But we can and must do more. Public comment is a crucial piece of the comprehensive review. More below ⬇️
