Er I need a medical Twitter opinion/suggestion please! My skin on my shin (the one in the boot) it's itching so much I want to cry. What the ever loving FUCK can I do to make it stop. Have a velcro on/off boot but cannot take it off entirely as I'm still on the 1st 2 weeks heal.

And I am going mad. Sensory wise I'm in serious distress.

@AngelaBelcamino Snap! 41.5 (42 in April) 2 cats, no kids, 1 husband. Don't regret my decision to remain child free for a single second, especially this week when I'm on bed rest after surgery. Seriously wouldn't be able to cope if we had kids.

On Monday I had (yet more) ankle surgery, this time on my right ankle. Another ATFL reconstruction (with a new ligament) arthroscopy, bone spur removed and a sural nerve release. I'm 3 days into 2 weeks bed rest. This getting older malarkey isn't all it cracked up to be!

So after a panic attack last night I took a huge leap today and changed my hair colour. Not everyone's cup of tea but ok for my age....52! I've had complements today but also had grown men laugh at me and make several nasty comments😢

@EliMcCann I agree. Don't surprise me with a miniature chalk board after I've gone all in with a starter and a main...I need to plan these things, preferably a week in advance to get my choices just right.

My husband just said "I really dislike when restaurants don't list the desserts on the main menu. I need to know what I'm working toward from the beginning." We love a man who plans.
