@TfL hi I have been charged for an ‘incomplete journey’ on my commute home tonight I tapped in and out so can I get this refunded please

@RoyalMail I rearranged a parcel for delivery today tracking says it’s been delivered but it has not I can see on the email you have delivered it somewhere else I did not ask for this please can you rectify

@PG_Southgate Hey went to the gym this afternoon but my QR code wasn’t letting me enter or exit had to manually type in my pin. Is there an issue generally with the entry system? My app says up to date

@TfL hi every time I wait for the 299 bus towards Cockfosters from Muswell Hill (stop A Queens avenue) it keeps saying ‘due’ then no bus turns up for about half an hour most times it’s not even on the board (have to check the app) can you please advise why it is always late?!

@TfL Hi I was waiting for around 35 mins it said due twice after waiting 15 mins each time and didnt turn up then did eventually. I use this bus every Friday afternoon consistently for a few months and it’s 90% of the time the same issue. I will fill out the above form thank you

@TfL Hi I can see the weaver line will be affected between 23rd December -5th Jan saying no service b/w Liverpool st and London fields .. can I still get to Cambridge Heath from 7 sisters b/w 7am-4pm Not clear and staff dont seem to know.

@PG_Southgate Hi I noticed today both of the massage chairs were out of order. One has been out of order for weeks. Any idea how long it would take to fix at least one of them as a paying extra per month but not unable to use either at the moment.

@TfL hi yesterday the ticket barriers were not working at all at East Ham station is this now fixed ? If not when will it be having to make significant detours to avoid being charged for not tapping out when there’s no option to !
