Jeremy Fowler (@JFowlerESPN) On Why People Around The NFL Ranked Jalen Hurts As The 17th Best QB On @975Middays: "There is a great deal of respect in the league for Jalen Hurts, for his intangibles, for his toughness. He throws a great deep ball, and he does a lot of things well... This is an exercise in fear. Fear in the NFL is currency. Do you fear your opponent? When you gameplan against the Eagles' offense, does Hurts keep you up at night? To be a top QB, you have to be number one on that scouting report. When you play the Eagles, it's Saquon Barkley and the running game... That is not to diminish Hurts. But he doesn't have the same fear factor as the top guys. I am a little surprised that he is as low as he is. But in the simplest form, the Eagles were in the bottom 3rd in passing offense the last two years. It is hard to have a top 12, even a top 15 QB, with that metric." 📸: Mitchell Leff/Getty Images

Bleacher Report predicts #Eagles EDGE Nolan Smith Jr. will be a BUST this season: "Greenard and Hunt may be far more impactful than Smith on the edge in 2026." Thoughts?

@DeanTTraining I’ve never understood why people don’t just do reverse pec deck or cuffed unilateral rear delt flies instead of this

Reta vs Tirz (My n=1 observations so far) Reta: - Higher RHR - Okay sleep quality - Better fat loss - More baseline energy - Little to no post meal crash - Strong appetite suppression - Some GI discomfort (at start) - Faster satiety signaling while eating - Moderate nootropic/focus effect - Zero desire for alcohol Tirz: - Lower RHR - Great sleep quality - Better weight maintenance - Lower baseline energy - Occasional post meal crash - Mild appetite suppression - Mild GI discomfort (acute after dosing) - More delayed satiety signaling while eating - Mild nootropic/focus effect - Zero desire for alcohol Reta: 2-2.5mg weekly (6 months, goal: fat loss) Tirz: 2-3mg weekly (3 weeks, goal: weight maintenance) (Not medical advice, this information is for research purposes only)

Update: UK → Italy → Istanbul → SF I expected to get crushed by jet lag. Instead I felt good thru out entire trip and surprisingly normal coming home just now. A few friends I was traveling with weren’t having the same experience. N=1, but credit to Dr. @AbudBakri. The protocol worked better than I expected. What's next.... 🤔
